Amazing service by Luke Avon
I would like to highly recommend Clear Capital Exchange to anyone making International transfers. Being new to the concept I was guided through the process by Luke Avon who I cannot speak highly enough of - very professional, knowledgable and caring.
The rate I received was miles better than any quote I got from other payments providers!
I will most certainly be using Clear Capital again when I need to make future payments.

Excellent all-round service. From guidance on timing, to suggesting alternative ways of making a currency booking, Clear Capital have proved to be very knowledgeable.

Better rate than my bank and other FX providers. I was reluctant to sign up at first, but after checking the rates I opened an account. Really simple to sign up by filling in the online from, my account was ready to go the very next day. Great customer service, I can phone my advisor anytime if needs be. My first transaction I saved £200 on my banks rate and over £100 on the rate from TorFX.

Professionalism and reliability
I made a money transfer from Euro to Ariary (Madagascar). I was assisted with unexpected meticulousness; they phoned me several times, in order to accurately point out all the necessary data and steps. The transfer was completed in 3 days!
Their assistance was absolutely attentive, to the point that, as there was a slight delay in the appearance of the crediting on the beneficiary's account, they further contacted me to make sure that everything was successful.
Such reliability is unique.
A fly in the ointment: a somewhat unfavorable exchange rate; on the occasion of the next transfer, which I will certainly operate through them, I will try to (and will have to) obtain slightly more favorable conditions.

As i'm sure you can appreciate the currency you were purchasing the MGA ( Malagasy Ariary) is not a liquid currency and we are one of the few companies that can offer this facility. This coupled with the heightened volatility at the moment due to COVID 19 crisis meant that the banks have increased their margins on this specific currency.
Rest assured, once the amount of risk within the market has decreased we would be able to offer you a more preferential price, with the same fast delivery speed you received.

All the credit goes to Luke, I had trouble transferring my money from my bank acct to my acct created by clear capita as the bank just would not allow me as the bank suspected it was a scam, the bank tried their best asking me not to transfer the money but I said I had full faith in Luke and clear capita.Luke was available to assist me even on weekends and 11 O clock night time, the money is now been transferred.Thank you Luke, I am gonna use clear capita again.Good rate and a very good service
