Customer Service Excellent
Customer Service Excellent. I had never ordered from Cleanstore before they were the only place we could find that stocked the product we needed at a reasonable price. Order was dealt with quickly. We had an issue with the delivery company, which was not Cleanstores fault. I emailed Cleanstore and it was sorted out quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

Damaged upon delivery twice.
I recently bought a refurbished AVA P40, the box was in a horrendous state, had nothing other than some packing paper to protect it and the machine was damaged with plastic bits snapped off and rattling around inside, they then sent a replacement which also came damaged so now I am getting a refund and won't be using cleanstore again.

No concerns over dealing with Cleanstore
Recently purchased Nilfisk P200 Pressure washer. Company was very supportive. The unit needed to be return due to faulty part. Return was ease and Despatch of a replacement impressive turnaround. The support team are professional, helpful and courteous. I will buy again from the company. The price was competitive.

Best price and rapid delivery
Having been let down by another company, I found the same item for sale by CleanStore at a lower price. I used the online chat service to verify they had them in stock. I ordered on Friday and it arrived the very next day on Saturday even though I’d only opted for the free delivery option. You can’t get better than that! Amazing service, thoroughly recommended,

Cleanstore good but DHL no so...
Item delivered quickly by cleanstore but let down by DHL who delayed the process and also caused damage to the pressure washer. DHL are neglectful and incompetent in my opinion. This was reported to Cleanstore who quickly dispatched a replacement damaged part.

No issues. Competitively priced. Reasonable shipping to N.Ireland, compared to other stores, that charge outrageous shipping prices. Got a free gift that is actually useful, and of substantial value.

Purchased an Ava Go P40xl pressure washer £109.00. Compact but sturdy and you can tell just by the accessories that it's a quality machine. Ordered one day, delivered the next, tried it out and it works very well.
Very pleased with the value for money, and very good service..
