Brought my XCeed here for a service, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Only slight downside was at my previous City gate in Bushey they used to give the car a complimentary clean.
However the service was 5 star so happy overall.

Absolutely shocking dealership where customer service simply does not exist and what you get is sell it and forget it attitude. Appointment made to view vehicle, drove 1.5 hours only to be kept waiting around for 45minutes. Should have walked away at this point but test drove vehicle and liked it so went ahead with purchase. Purchase process painfully slow and when I got home the vehicle is missing security key for wheel bolts. Chased all day and nobody interested including failed return calls from management. Given up and will source from local skoda dealership. If I could, I would undo the deal and get old car back as whole experience has been ruined. Stay well away from this place.

Josh was great and so practical in sorting out some minor bits at lowest costs and fastest time. Customer service and professionalism just the way it should be!

I have had a selection of VW cars over the past few years, all serviced by Citygate and have always found their service excellent. The staff are ways knowledgeable and pleasant with a helpful attitude.

Had professional service

The booking for brake fluid and air con service was v simple . I delivered the car at time booked . I waited and the car was returned within the hour by cleaned n sparkling. The gentleman who checked the car in also advised me about care plans too . V good experience
