Ich war im September 2025 in der Klinik. Da ich aus dem Ausland anreiste, war es mir wichtig, alles innerhalb weniger Tage zu erledigen. Es war einiges zu tun. Die Termine mit den Ärzten waren aber gut organisiert, und ich habe alles geschafft. Vielen Dank für die Hilfe und die Ratschläge, die ich bis heute befolge. Mit meinen Zähnen ist alles in Ordnung. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Melissa für ihre Freundlichkeit, ihre schnelle Reaktionsfähigkeit und die Übersetzung ins Deutsche, da ich noch kein Türkisch kann 🤣

I had an amazing experience my first visit! The vibe was chill yet professional and judgement free. I found my people at CityDent! The staff is the best. I felt very welcomed and well cared for. Ayda is very helpful as well. She coordinated my appointments around flight schedules. She is truly the best. I was so excited to finally meet her.

Dr. Berkay, Sila and Dilovan are impressive. I feel like my oral surgery went super smooth and flowed very well. Minimal pain and it was relatively fast. Their team work is impressive.

The first visit on September 25 to start the procedure and one on January 26 to complete it. On both occasions I was in contact with Ayda, who was very helpful in explaining the procedures and answering any queries I had. On the days of the appointments, the involved dentists had explained what they were doing, conducting in a professional manner. Post procedures, they explained to me what was done, what I was able to eat and not eat, and assured me that any post procedural aches and pain would subside. Any discomfort I felt or any queries I had they were able to resolve for me. After my procedures were finished, they explained the after care to me and for me to contact them for any further assistance. Highly recommended

They are very honest people the coordinator Ayda Dr Berkay very Knowledgeable Dr Nerva very honest and Dr Deana very sweet each and every doctor will give you his honest recommendations and will not upsell you actually the opposite if you don’t need they will tell you.

I had my implants done here and I had nothing but an amazing experience - Ayda and my doctors were all very professional wonderful. I initially planned to have my dental treatment done in Germany, but due to the very high costs, the long treatment duration, and what I felt was a lack of professionalism, I started looking for alternatives. That’s when I decided to go to Istanbul and chose Citydent Istanbul — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made.
From the very beginning, the communication was excellent. I was contacted via email and received all the necessary information, including a clear and detailed treatment plan with transparent pricing. This gave me a great sense of clarity and trust even before arriving.
At the clinic, I was warmly welcomed and felt comfortable right away. Everything was explained to me thoroughly. What impressed me the most was the honesty and professionalism of the doctor and his team: some treatments that had been recommended to me in Germany were considered unnecessary here and were not performed. This showed me that the clinic truly prioritizes patient well-being over profit.
A special thank you goes to the coordinator, Mrs. Ayda, who checked on me during every session and made sure I was doing well. Dr. Asil was extremely patient, answered all my questions in detail, and explained every step of the process clearly. His assistant was also incredibly supportive and contributed greatly to a smooth and comfortable experience.

I had a very positive experience at CutyDent.
Doctor Asil did a wonderful job on my crown replacement, 2 brand new crowns, a root canal and two fillings. He was professional and friendly.
His assistant, Döndü, was pleasant and had a smile on her face every time I saw her.
Ayda, the patient coordinator, made the process easy.
I would definitely return for further work in the future.

Just returned from Istanbul from my second visit after having implants Crowns and root canal treatment from start to finish the process has been incredible and so simple from my first enquiry Ayda who coordinates was understanding and explained the whole process and provided me with a initial estimate for the cost of the work no pressure sales tactics just precise and clear I had all ready had quotations from dentists in the UK for work required the clinic is located close to hotels in Taksim/Sisli and is located 5 mins walk from the metro when I arrived i met Dr Sakin who carried out initial scans and confirmed what treatment was required which was less than I had been advised in the UK due to being able to repair two teeth rather than having replacement implants and no sinus lifts or bone grafts as I had been advised in the UK he also found an infection i had that had not been picked up by my private dentist in the UK !! extraction were carried out initially and the restorative work carried out with the minimum pain i was looked after through out the process by his assistant ibru who was fantastic I then returned three month later to have my implants completed once i had healed again Ayda coordinated all of this easily prior I was given recommendations on the different types of implants and this was completed in one day with no pain i then had my crown treatment started by Dr Betul who was also incredible she explained the process thoroughly completed the inital treatment with moulds and fitted temporary crowns and the finished crowns were made and completed 2 days later with the minimum of fuss
I have spent a lot of time and effort in the UK and i can honestly say the quality level of care cleanliness of the facility and cutting edge technology far exceeds anything i have experienced in the UK and this includes private who carry out work for the stars I am looking forward to returning in June to complete my treatment and bringing my Father to start his treatment anyone who is thinking about having dental work carried out in Turkey and is worried about choosing the right Clinic I would suggest contact Ayda and start with Citydent first you will not be disappointed thank you Ayda Dr Sakin Dr Betul and Ibru for your fantastic service

Wonderful team and so far excellent results. I have a return visit planned for crowns. I was surprised by how little pain was involved in my implants and I would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Citydent and wanted to share a positive review, especially highlighting Melissa, who made all the difference for me. From the very beginning, she was incredibly supportive, patient, and responsive. I sent quite a lot of emails with very specific questions about my treatment, and she took the time to answer each one clearly and thoroughly. Honestly, without her help, none of this would have been possible.

Dr. Dena is in charge of my orthodontic treatment with Aseral aligners. Although I still have about six months to go, my experience so far has been excellent. She explained everything in a very professional and easy-to-understand way, making sure I felt comfortable and informed about each step of the process.

Everyone at the clinic has been kind and welcoming, which really adds to the overall positive atmosphere. The clinic is also conveniently located, and it’s great that they accept both card and cash payments.

Auf der Suche nach einer Zahnklinik in der Türkei, habe ich sehr sehr lange und intensiv recherchiert. Unzählige Kliniken angeschrieben und Löscher in den Bauch gefragt. Antalya, Izmir und mehrere in Istanbul. So habe ich ausgesiebt. Am Ende kam für mich Citydent Istanbul in Frage.
Im September 2025 war es dann soweit. Ich flog nach Istanbul und bekam acht Implantate. Alles bestens und wie versprochen, fast schmerzfrei und ohne Probleme. Eine Woche Aufenthalt, die Implantate bekommen, zurück nach Berlin geflogen und am Montag darauf war ich auch schon wieder arbeiten.

2026
Vom 01.03.206 - 14.03.2026
nun bin ich wieder nach Istanbul geflogen um den Abschluß meiner Zähne in der Klinik von Citydent durchzuführen.
Zwei Wochen mit ein paar Tagen der Behandlungsunterbrechung.(damit sich der Mund etwas beruhigt u die Zähne im Labor gefertigt werden können) Das Ergebnis meiner neuen Zähne, ist unfassbar gut. Sie sehen nicht künstlich aus, sie sind perfekt angepasst. In Größe und Optik. Nun habe ich 24 neue Kronen, die Zahnlücken wurden geschlossen und überbrückt.
Alles in allem bin ich, sehr, sehr zufrieden.

Ja, es war auch mit ein paar Schmerzen verbunden. Aber, wer schön sein will muss eben auch leiden. Spass bei Seite.
Die Behandlungen waren wie schon beim ersten Besuch 2025, sehr angenehm. Ich fühlte mich gut aufgehoben und betreut. Dank Melissa, die mir immer als Übersetzer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Somit wurde mir jeder einzelne Behandlungsschritt erklärt.
Der Ablauf:
Montag Vormittag den 02.03. ging es los. Zuerst führte man bei mir im Oberkiefer, die Wurzelbehandlung durch. Danach war Mittagspause und ich hatte drei Stunden Zeit. Montag Nachmittag wurden dann die Implantate freigelegt (die wirklich sehr gut eingewachsen waren).
Dienstag Vormittag: der Unterkiefer wurde mit der Wurzelbehandlung bearbeitet und die Wurzelbehandlung aller Zähne abgeschlossen.
Dienstag Nachmittag. Nun ging es daran, die Zähne für die Kronen und Brücken vorzubereiten. Dr. Betül, machte Abdrücke von den Zähnen , es wurden Röntgenaufnahmen und Fotos gemacht. Danach ging es ans abschleifen. (sehr unangenehm) Aber alle waren sehr fürsorglich und immer darauf bedacht, dass es mir wirklich gut ging. Danke an alle Beteiligten. Nach dem abschleifen bekam ich ein Provisorium. Als die Betäubung nachgelassen hat, konnte ich sogar etwas essen. Ich bekam Schmerztabletten und Mundspülung verschrieben. Dies half mir in der Nacht , zu schlafen und die Spühlung half den Wunden im Mund. (klingt dramatischer als es ist)
Die Prozedur mit dem abschleifen und anpassen der neuen Zähne, ,erstellen der vorläufigen Zähne und allen notwendigen Behandlungsschritten zog sich in etwas vier- fünf Arbeitstage hin.Ich erspare euch die einzelnen Schritte.
Mittwoch den 11.03.2026, war alles abgeschlossen. Die Zähne waren im Mund und für mich war die Welt in Ordnung. Am Donnerstag den 12.03. wurde erneut eine Kontrolle, der neuen Zähne und die Bisseinstellung geprüft. Auch hier alles in bester Ordnung.
Am 14.03.2026, ging es dann, mit neuem Selbstbewusstsein und einen strahlenden Lächeln. zurück nach Berlin.

Abschließend kann ich sagen. Alles was besprochen wurde, ist genau so eingetroffen. Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne in der Bewertung geben würde, so würde ich sie zu jeder Zeit geben.
