I was in my local shop and there was a vulnerable, disabled elderly man asking for taxi . They phoned boulevard and wer told 45 mins. I called back and explained the man was vulnerable, elderly and disabled , wer I was met with "its 45 mins!!" So I called city cars 0141 959 1212 explained the situation and told them I'd wait with him outside the store. The girl was lovely and said she's get a taxi right now . I had only put the fone down and the taxi was there. High 5 to the girl on the fone and driver that came . Excellent service ❤️❤️❤️

Great communication and superb service all round

Very pleasant buying experience, helped by Richard & his son running me through the features of the Tesla & helping me set it up. Especially useful, given my first foray into electric car ownership. Three weeks since I took delivery and very happy with my purchase.

Very pleasant people to deal with and sold me a decent car, Mazda CX-3. It was bought without a test drive (my fault) but on taking the car I just didn't get along with it nor enjoy driving it (again my issue).
I took City Cars up on their Buy Back Guarantee and they did honour their promise but only for a price hat We Buy Any Car would give me so not exactly a service worth shouting about.

Nothing was too much trouble for Richard & John when we recently purchased our Discovery Sport. Excellent customer service throughout the whole process and well worth the trip from York to Aberdeen! Very genuine and lovely people to deal with - such a relief after some of the other garages we had visited! They went out of their way to resolve a tow bar issue which wasn't even their fault to make sure we were completely happy. Would definitely recommend and return when we need future cars. Really good experience at City Cars Scotland. Family run, local to Aberdeen and the North East, I had a welcoming, efficient and good experience.

Both with Richard and John extremely helpful, a good laugh and happy to organise viewings of motors last minute, accommodate your needs and solve problems.

The car I bought itself was a fair price and bellow the average for the model which can be a rare thing as in the Aberdeem area, as alot of garage here up the price compared to other garage down south. The car was great condition, and new MOT and service prior to me getting the keys.

From the first enquiry, I knew I would buy my next car from them. The politeness, professionalism and understanding to what I needed was immediately evident. At no time did I feel pressured, and as it turned out their confidence in the car was proven once I saw it. Yes I bought it without seeing it, but it was even better than described. The car was delivered to me, a 10 hour drive for them, I still didn’t feel under pressure.

I travelled 420 just to get to City

The whole experience start to finish felt first class and unique. I did not feel pressured in any way with the decision making leading up to the purchase of the vehicle.
After collecting my car which was a genuinely memorable experience I felt reassured in the knowledge that the aftercare service would be equally as good.

Fantastic Experience. The service was first class from Richard, even when speaking to John on the phone he was polite and helpful.

Viewing the car was very good. He put it in the showroom prior to me coming as it was in the evening so was dark. I brought my kids along and his showroom is very suitable for families, with a TV and Sofa to keep the kids occupied. Richard was also kind enough to offer us all a drink, which the kids appreciated. The car itself was presented to a very high standard, you could tell a lot of effort was put in to cleaning/polishing the car. We fell in love with it right away!

Turnaround of getting the car was also very quick. I viewed the car and placed my deposit on a Tuesday and had the car at home the following Monday, so less than a week! Some dealers I have previously been too have taken over 2 weeks to get the car ready. I live 35 miles away and was working so Richard was kind enough to deliver the car to me at no extra charge, which i really appreciated.

All in all a very professional experience. I was kept updated reguarly throughout the process and nothing seemed too much for them, was always happy to help with my queries. I will certainly be back in the future when i need a new car!
