I would highly recommend Chronoexpert if you have a keen eye for luxury watches. My grandpa is very fond of watches and I got him a Tag Heuer in his 75th last month. Needless to say he was over the moon and would wear it every opportunity he got.

You will find the biggest brands of watches and the great thing is that you will be getting it for much lower prices than they usually cost. The watch that I settled for turned out to be great although I had my doubts citing that it was priced so moderately.

Unterirdisch, vor 6 Wochen bezahlt und bis heute trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage und einer! Antwort mit fadenscheinigen Argumenten vor 3 Wochen weder die Uhr erhalten noch weitere Nachrichten. Wenn es sich nicht noch ändert dann ist das einfach nur BETRUG…ich kann nur warnen dort zu kaufen, schlicht unseriös!!!

Nachtrag: Endlich eine Nachricht, man kann die gekaufte Uhr nicht besorgen! und tritt daher vom Kaufvertrag zurück, na toll! Und jetzt die nächste Überraschung...Erstattung 1/2 der Zahlung eingegangen. Was soll das denn?

Nachtrag 2: Restzahlung drei Tage später, warum auch immer, wahrscheinlich muss das Geld aus mehreren Töpfen zusammengesucht werden.

Fazit: Wer den Nervenkitzel abkann, ob er die Uhr bekommt oder nicht und dann im Nachgang noch zittern will, ob denn das Geld komplett zurückerstattet wird, kauft hier sicher gerne ein.
Ich für meinen Teil habe das Unternehmen auf meine persönliche Nie-Wieder Liste gesetzt!

Made an online purchase for a watch, after which I've been told the watch was not available anymore. I've now been waiting for over 2 weeks for the refund, they don't answer my calls or emails. AVOID them!

DO NOT TRUST - purchase made for £54800. I was assured my Alejandro Domingo that the item was available and reserved. He called me on several occasions and sent an invoice. I made partial payment with bank transfer and remained with credit card. After which I haven't received the watch. They do not respond to emails or answer phonically. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have now involved the police & fraud authorities

We found the team (hi David) at Chronpexter to be incredibly responsive. New TAG Red Bull edition. it to everyone.

I loved the customer service a lot. Bought a Breitling Navitimer Chrono for my husband. You don't have to think twice before buying a product from them.

My watch arrived in 9 days, 48 to be cleared through customs. The transaction with Mr. Salva was smooth and transparent. Perfect professional communication.

When I first read the reviews I thought that the delivery will have no issues. But my delivery took a long time. The good thing about their team is that they didn't stop sending regular updates on the product shipment. I am greatly satisfied . I had feared fraud before but I can assure you can trust the company very well.

Over the moon with the watch, exactly as described and good communication. Only thing I didn't like was the 4 week wait after I'd sent the money over. I'd read other reviews saying about long delivery times etc. The only thing I would suggest is to be more clear when purchasing the watch of the delivery timescale, I would definitely use chronoexpert again knowing this now.

I've been on it for almost three weeks now. First my desired watch was sold while it was still on the site. Then I was approached that she still had found. I immediately received the invoice ordered and also paid immediately. I was then kept on the line for 10 days and would receive the tracking number any time. Then after 10 days after repeated requests it was admitted that this watch was also sold!!!. They promised to find a new one. That also lasted 5 days and after repeated requests they once again admitted that they had not succeeded. In the meantime, I've been trying to get my money back for 3 days now. But no one responded to phone or email!!!

Updat:
almost 5 weeks later. total against their terms and promises only received €1,000. remaining amount of €11,000 still not received. now in talks with a lawyer from Bilbao. they treat their customers well until they get the money. the service after that is worse than bad. İ will keep update!

WARNING: This company (Watchland Corporate SL / Chronoexpert) based in Spain sold me a Rolex watch priced at £15,550 for delivery within 7/8 days. After transferring full payment to their UK Wise account they informed me that the watch was no longer available and I would have to pay double to receive the watch and wait months. I requested a refund which they agreed to however I have not received the full refund and have been waiting since the 23rd Dec 2021. I have emailed/called and WhatsApp them almost daily and they are no longer responding. I am pursuing legal action and advising the police so as to stop these fraudsters from operating!

I am a frequent online shopper so I feel I am qualified enough to say that this site provides one of the best personal experiences. Prices are quite reasonable, but for used Pateks which are over the roof

I was having some trouble finding the watch I was looking for. TAG Verstappen edition, limited to 500 pieces. I asked for a little help and they helped out without any delay. Got it for 8900€

I had to cancel an order as I was moving somewhere else and made a hasty decision of ordering a watch at an unreasonably short time. But they were very understanding about the situation and got me my refund in full without any hassle.

The customer service is super helpful and cooperative with customers. Every time I interacted with these guys they were very professional and provided every information that I wanted. You will never regret shopping with these guys.

BEWARE BEWARE , They have taken my money, now not answering calls nor emails. I am about to alert the fraud department and hope this doesnt happen to other people.
Update -- they have said they would refund as now they find out that they can not supply the watch ( this is over €13,000) however after 7 days --- I'm still waiting for my refund. Amex has been alerted and is watching.

Beware of scams. I was in contact about a watch since 15th November and tried to proceed with purchasing it. Around the 22nd Nov it went dead and I could not contact anyone either via email or phone numbers in both the UK and Spain. To be fair, I was told someone was unwell, so fine. 3rd Dec after numerous emails, finally I get a response and ask how to proceed. No response again until the 7th December. At this stage, I was told the watch was sold a few days ago but miraculously they have another one ready for £7000 more than the price they gave me 3 weeks ago. DO NOT BUY, GO ELSEWHERE. You have been warned.
