My experience with Chongker was excellent. Service and product are the best.

I have been ordering from Chongker for over a year. I have made about 10 purchases and can honestly say I have never been dissapointed. Their products are made to a high standard. Delivery is free and trackablè from start to finish. My experience of their customer service is in one word excellent.

Purchased for a 83 year old friend, she absolutely loved percy. She adored his beautiful face, she used to have an electronic cat but she seemed to like percy more, she renamed him Wilson. She resides in a nursing home so she is extremely lonely, she was over the moon. It is a great size and nice weight too and very affordable. I would definetly recommend this product. I had no issues with customer service and it took about a week to arrive.

The cat was nicely made and arrived quickly, no problems at all. I was nervous of using a company based in China that I'd never heard of, but was reassured by being able to pay via Paypal. The cat's body was small compared to the head, and the fur wasn't amazingly soft, but still a lovely, lifelike toy cat made with great attention to detail.

I bought the black maine coon cat backpack(61Hx23W cm one), the quality is amazing and my gf loves it!

the cat's fur is super soft and smooth, and the inner capacity is nice, about 3 male fists big.

The unboxing experience is so nice and all the accessories are so well made, even the manual feels super sincere and caring im so happy rn.

They hide their negative reviews and ghosted me. I bought an item Decemember 6th and asked to see when will it be getting shipped out, the company told me it was sent out and I need to wait until it is recieved 🤦‍♀️. They didnt give me any tracking number either and I kept tryna ask them for one and even tried to get a hold of them on Gmail and other media platforms but no response at all... They have scam like behavior and also do mess up orders at times.

I bought an interactive ragdoll replica for my disabled adult daughter who is unable to care for a real cat. She absolutely adores her programmable pet. Everyone who has seen it is jealous and I would highly recommend. Beautiful - although the purr is a little odd but the miaows are very real sounding

In every aspect, from failing to deliver a product and lack of communication to suspicious business practices, Chongker operates with hallmarks of a scam. I urge anyone considering their services to proceed with caution, or better yet, avoid them entirely
I ordered from Chongker in January 2025 to commemorate a beloved pet that passed away. Their website promises a 'first draft' within two weeks: I was strung along for five months, constantly met with excuses before they abruptly ghosted me entirely without ever providing any proof of progress. As the PayPal period of protection was nearing its end, I had to file a claim. Even faced with a formal dispute, the company completely disregarded the claim.
Despite their reviews giving the impression of a legitimate company my experience feels entirely like a scam (You won't see any reviews like this on etsy on their website because only people that 'received' their orders in their system can review); no real accountability or customer service behind their dishonest practices. Further confirming my doubts is the discovery that their listed U.S. business address is associated with numerous scam operations. The fact that I never received my stuffed animal after placing my trust in Chongker during a time of grief was honestly the worst part of this whole experience and it breaks my heart that they market most of their product to grieving pet parents and the elderly/people with disabilities

Oh this is a good site did look on here first but no reviews had to give them great feedback they help me with a bit of refund as one item was out of stock the cat bag is cute worth the money might get another one ❤️
