Excellent service
I contacted the company by email in the late afternoon to ask advice about a replacement toilet seat for a discontinued model. They acknowledged my query within a few minutes and provided a response the following morning. I placed an order and the item was delivered by Royal Mail the day after I was advised that it had been shipped.

Superb service supported by speedy helpful online advice. Delivery was wonderfully quick. The packaging was appropriate, (and amusing! Loved the little joke on the box) and instructions for installation were clear and simple. Only downside was that the design of the loo seat made the use of the alum key quite awkward and it actually fell into the loo once! But as this was replacement of a seat designed by another company this isn't the fault of this brilliant supplier. I couldn't fault the product as supplied or the service. I would use them again.

Great service but let down by mis-quoted delivery date
I needed a replacement toilet seat but didn't know the make of toilet. It was an unusual shape so I was asked to send them dimensions and photos of the existing seat. Within a couple of hours David had replied telling me the seat I needed and simply clicking on the link it took me to the order page. Ordering was very straightforward an the whole process was excellent. However, I marked it down a star because the order page said it would be delivered on 1st Sept but when called them about another matter I was told they don't keep it in stock and it would be another 7 to 10 days. I'm not sure why it would give a delivery date if there was no stock.

Brilliant service. Initially called and the operator was super helpful. Emailed in my toilet and measurements and within the hour they emailed me back with options to fit perfectly. Chose and paid via the website, received the next day. Amazing will definitely recomment

At the moment this a one star review because I have yet to receive the item. I ordered a replacement toilet seat on 18th Aug. I was informed that delivery would be 28th Aug. On 28th Aug I received an email stating:
'We are currently waiting for stock to arrive from our supplier to fulfil your order and have been informed there is a delay in the manufacturer supplying your product/s. your order is important to us, so we will complete this as soon as the stock becomes available'. Delivery is now due on 14th Sept.
Why take money for items you clearly do not havd in stock?
I have emailed customer service ( ticket 312836) & am awaiting a satisfactory outcome.

We’re sorry for the delay and completely understand your frustration.
Some of our replacement toilet seats are supplied to order rather than held in our warehouse, and unfortunately the manufacturer has pushed back the expected availability date from 28th August to 14th September.
Payment is taken when the order is placed, but we appreciate that where a supplier delay occurs this can be frustrating, particularly when the original expected date changes.
We can see you have already contacted our customer service team under ticket 312836, so they will be able to review the order and discuss the available options with you, including cancellation and a refund if you no longer wish to wait.
We’re sorry that the manufacturer delay has resulted in a poor experience on this occasion.

From ordering to receiving was spot on. The item I wanted was easy to find as I had the serial number. There was also a video showing how to fit the seat, which was very helpful, the soft close seat is working better than the original.
