Kyle was very professional and helpful in setting up the road risk insurance for my new business.

This company is a scam been using my no claims bonus on and of personal and trade for 15 years plus no accidents no claims sent me 1 years trade back had 12 years no claims bonus where’s it gone don’t insure with this company just because I would not renew my policy with them because the price went up from last year

This company is best avoided , once you ask for a receipt they make excuses on how to cancel your policy, I’m beginning to think the entire company is a scam . Took out the policy months ago ,still no receipt or policy ,I was assured a hard copy would be sent by post with the receipt, nothing arrived, then once i contacted them nothing but manipulative lies

Sophie in renewals was very polite and helpful and was very professional in explaining everything, she is a real credit to the company .it's a pity that there's not more people like Sophie

Incapable of sending over insurance documents and now ignoring my emails. Every quick to get the business and then very bad following up customer service!

Kyle is a excellent consultant, he takes him time and explain the entire process in plain simple English and you can ask him any types of questions without feeling silly as he understands we dont have the full knowledge of the industry as he does.
