The Wonkey Cottage was available last minute. It was above our expectations. The cottage is very clean, well equipped and there is use of the garden. It's very private. We received a warm welcome from the owner Faith who resides in the main property. It's in a perfect location with a 10 minute walk to the beach and village. There are nice places to eat and drink in Croyde.

Whitehaven - Excellent house for North Devon

We stayed at Falling Waters, Woody Bay. Lovely apartment, extremely well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The view from the sitting room and bedroom is amazing, a panoramic view of Woody Bay, with a huge expanse of sea and sky. Very quiet and peaceful, just the sound of tinkling water from the tiny waterfall by the terrace and the distant sound of the sea.

Lovely, clean, spacious and well equipped bungalow and well located to explore North Devon by car or bus. Our second visit here by our family of three generations and plenty to do for all of us - we will definitely be returning here again soon.

Comfortable and cosy cottage in a quiet location right in the middle of Braunton. Cottage exactly as described. Well equiped kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfortable beds. Driveway is quite narrow, but we managed to get in OK. Property manager was very responsive. Would definitely recommend

My husband and greatly enjoyed our 2nd stay at Whitehaven. This is beautifully presented house with every amenity you could ask for. The house was immaculate. The village of Georgeham is beautiful and extremely peaceful. The Kings Arms is five minutes away by foot and offers great food and an awesome atmosphere. We can’t wait for our next stay!!

Fabulous cosy cottage in quiet location but near to the pub/shops and the beach - perfect! Well equipped kitchen with everything you need for a short stay, and lovely relaxing lounge/dining area. Comfortable beds and good shower as well. Would stay here again.

Unfortunately they didn't assist us with our wish to contact the owner of a holiday cottage we were disappointed with. We tried for months to contact the holiday cottage owner, but got nowhere and were offered minimal assistance by choice Cottages. A poor service. They appeared uninterested. Such a shame.

Snowdrop is a lovely warm and comfortable little cottage. We enjoyed our stay there. Well equipped and so nice and quiet.
If the bedding was cotton with a down duvet this would get 5 stars. A dishwasher instead of a freezer would be more helpful too.

We had a lovely stay and did lots of walking and cycling. We were able to safely store and charge our bikes. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and well equipped. It is cosy and bright. Well located in an interesting old building very close to all the amenities, restaurants, etc. Plenty of hot water.

We stayed at the White House in Braunton in September 2023. The booking procedure and accommodation was very good however we did have issues relating to noise during our stay which unfortunately ruined our holiday. We have sent various emails and WhatsApp messages to Choice Cottages but we have had no response. It would seem they have no formal complaints procedure and no intention of addressing our issues. I would say they are great as long as nothing goes wrong. We won't be booking through them again.

Beautifully appointed accommodation immaculately clean, lovely to come back to

The 10 day holiday at White House Braunton was booked for end of July. Overall the interior living accommodation was excellent. However there were particular features advertised that did not exist. Despite immediately contacting the property manager there was no response, Despite contacting the company firstly by visiting their office then detailing by email and finally by "signed for" written letter setting out the misleading advertised information , there has been no reply. For a company that asks for such information to be made known immediately and then asked me in a "stock" email to advise personally about the "experience" as the clients are so important I and my family were totally disappointed.

Great bungalow in great condition, well equipped, and the owners are caring and attentive when you need them to be. Highly recommend.

Orchard Cottage is a hidden gem . Clean and tidy and up to date. A stone’s throw away from everything Braunton has to offer. Highly recommend for a family of 4

The pretty cottage at Georgeham Whitehaven was clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We had a very short journey to the delightful Putsborough beach each day. Thank you for a very enjoyable family holiday.

Good access to beach & shops etc, yet quiet. Good size rooms and amenities. Dedicated car park space in Woolacombe in a real bonus. We went in August so was busy. Our grandson loved the toys there.
