I have ordered from the new Ancaster Ontario location at least 6 times for lunch
Quality, portion and value have always been top notch, especially the bowls
And they can easily make for 2 lunches with cost under $20.00 total
Mostly order the chicken which is best on the menu (have not tried fish)
Only sub par experience was the Barbacoa Beef which was far too salty
Lot’s of other options though and I am a fan

firstly I asked if they have glutenfree tacos and she showed regular wheat tacos. Then proceeded to fill the tacos with a scant amount of very fatty barbacoa beef, about half was fat. It tasted delicious but was NOT worth $10.

I placed an order online. I went through the payment process and the whole 9 yards but never got my food. I went to the store to try to get this resolved, and even though I showed proof that I was in contact with Customer Service, the manager would not do anything to help. I called Customer Service and they saw the problem. The problem was in the app which was no fault of mine. It took 2 1/2 hours before I was able to get food. Neither the manager or Customer Service offered any compensation. I think that’s ridiculous because it took 2 1/2 hours to get food from them. I was paying $25 on top of what it cost to get the food in the store. I don’t think I will ever use them again.
For the $, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I ordered $30 worth of food tonight from Chipotle, Daphne, AL. Two simple steak salads. I ordered and paid online. We arrived at the time for pick-up and sat for 10 minutes at the window without any acknowledgement. A male employee was in sight near the window, but never acknowledged us, even after a toot on our horn (which I hated doing). Please note, there was no one else in the pick-up line. Finally, a female employee ventured by and asked how long we’d been there. Our order was sitting there the whole time, in sight. We finally received it and went home to eat. The order was entirely cold. That, in itself is bearable, BUT the meat and rest of the salad was so spicy hot, we were left with burnt mouths. Even my friend who eats peppers and extremely spicy food couldn’t eat it. Me? I tried, but had to quit. I attempted to reach the company online and was caught in a circle where I could never offer comments directly online. Therefore, I’m posting this review. I will try to contact the manager of my location tomorrow by phone. There’s no excuse for serving food that’s inedible in these days and economic times. UPDATE: after experiencing the head-banging difficulty of contacting customer service (NUMEROUS calls and being trapped in a vicious circle and then quite a few emails), Chipotle refunded my money. At first they wanted to credit me with meals, but I told them my experience was so bad, I wanted nothing to do with their restaurant.

All around disappointment with new location
I have loved Chipotle bowls for years and finally, a few months ago we got one in my hometown. Sadly I have been disappointed on both occasions that I have used mobile ordering. The first time I ordered with a 2-hour advance and when I got there I was told there would still be another 2-hour wait because they were behind on orders. The second time was today a few months after the first order. I ordered at 11 am for my bowl to be done by noon. When I arrived it was not done, I waited 23 minutes and still no one gave me my order. I asked to cancel the order because I was on my lunch break. They went to check and brought my food out. I work less than 5 minutes away and when I got to work my food was ice cold. This was all-around disappointing. Someone needs to do better!
Chipotle in Vero Beach: always out of something!
Chipotle in Vero Beach, FL has gone from great to aweful. We were disappointed earlier when they ran out of chicken, but the straw that broke the camel's back was tonight when they ran out of tomato salsa. I know we used to have supply issues last year after COVID, but we're far later than that! We were so mad we walked out and went to a different place to eat.

Don't use the app
If you order through the app and something is wrong the store can not help you. You have to call the 800 number. If you are owed a refund corporate policy is you have to call within 7 days or else they won't refund you.
This happened to me and when the rep when they realized I called 28 days after my missing item chastised me wondering why I took so long to call and this is my fault. The manager never told me I had 7 days. The rep said not everyone knows corporate policy. They said they might be able to get me a free item but they'd have to ask their manager and were really rude about this as well.
I have really enjoyed this place for many years but they were so rude and such stupid policy I won't go back.
Waste of Money
The store in San Diego on Fletcher is AWEFUL! Does not open on time, proteins still aren’t ready, the tortillas were ice cold, and NO flavor! At $11+ you think it would actually taste good…NOPE! I will never return

well, who hasnt had chipotle these days. i think it is one of the things to explore if you ever visit the states even once. Quick and tasty, budget friendly, fast and casual. And the courses are definitely restrict you to follow a certain standard, you can customize them, does not matter if it is a burrito, or a bowl or some tacos.
the portion sizes are pretty american, not gonna lie, they can be huge in size but you know, obviously, filling. Barbacoa is a very good choice to try out, and obviously the guacamole was rely tasty.

Chipotle vacaville CA sucks and their customer service is same as not existing. I placed an order and it says delivered which is not true... I look everywhere and I found nothing. Chipotle will not help in any way. This is sad as customer service hangs up on you and live chats support just read your message and won't respond.

I went today to causeway Brandon-33511 Branch and ordered # 129 veggie bowl. The steamed veggies were not available. The manager told its not there are no veggie's. Now I don't understand if you have veggies missing in the veggie bowl and if I add Guacamole, you charge me but not deduct for your missing veggies. How is it fair with the customer.
I am truly dissatisfied, there was one lady who even called manager, but he refused to come, and she left for veggies.

We have had recurring problems with the restaurant accepting orders for items that it cannot fill. When we show up, the order is partially met with missing items just omitted from the order. "Sorry we are out," somehow makes it good?
To be clear, customers that know items cannot be filled will take their orders elsewhere. Instead? Because you order online, you have no idea the order can't be filled. You just have a sack of crap dumped on you. Bonus? You have to request a refund from Pepper - Chiptloe's mostly hidden and extremely dysfunctional chatbot. After repeatedly dropping your connection or asking inane questions, Pepper ... offers some freebes (which also cannot be filled because the restaurant is out of ingredients). Refund? No answer? Pepper doesn't language well enough to understand, "refund please."
In order to figure out whether a refund has been issued? That takes a live agent. Getting one online? You must be crazy! Three of them. It takes three of them before you can get someone to spell out that no refund has been issued for an order that COULD NOT EVEN BE FILLED CORRECTLY.
The entire time, you are bombarded with questions whose sole intent appears to be stonewall you into just giving up. We have an infant and a toddler, and Chipoltle thinks that this is how families want to spend their evenings? Chipotle thinks people want to place orders that cannot be filled? We want to deal with their dysfunctional agents?
Let's be clear:
Chipotle is accepting orders it cannot fill.
Chipotle partially fills order, explaining some outages but not all - meaning every aspect of an order is screwed up. Which you find out when its delivered.
It then refuses to process a refund? Because ... Who the hell knows?
We have to file a claim with the BBB to get a refund? Maybe?
Do we have to cancel the payment?
Or should we just skip all of this and go straight to small claims with an appropriate legal consultation fee attached for damages.
There appears to be someone in Chipotle corporate who thinks all of this is a good idea?
THis company has lost its mind.
