Really helpful platform. Yes, they always want you to pay, and sometimes make it difficult to get child care services without payment. But you still get some. I have found and used services of 2 people on the platform and I had a pleasant experience with them.

Amazing to have found an incredible childminder and Babysitter Casey- she’s so wonderful with our 4 year old- natural warmth and enthusiasm for everything- just so kind and lovely. Great activities from parks to playgrounds- indoors activities and more. We feel so lucky to have found Casey on this site!

We couldn't be happier with the care our two girls receive at Oak Glen with Katie and her amazing team. It's so reassuring to know they are both in such a loving, nurturing environment where they are genuinely happy, thriving and so well cared for.

Our youngest absolutely loves being in the Oak Glen house with all her little friends and her cousin too! She has grown so much in confidence, her speech has come on leaps and bounds and she even signs "please" and "thank you." Every morning she walks into the house without even looking back for me, which says it all. She comes home full of smiles and I love receiving updates throughout the day about all the fun they're having, what they're playing with and everything they're learning.

Our eldest is in the 2–4-year house, which she also absolutely loves. She has made some lovely friendships and has built such strong relationships with both the staff and the other children. She learns so much that she surprises me every single day and her confidence has grown tremendously since joining Oak Glen.

We are so grateful to have found such amazing childminders. Katie and the whole team go above and beyond and we couldn't recommend them highly enough to any family looking for a warm, caring, supportive environment where their children can learn, grow, and have lots of fun. I required the service of a childminder on very short notice due to my wife undergoing an operation and being at the hospital with her. I approached Pinder who came through without a second thought. Right from our first meeting, she was such a friendly, reassuring person, and it made me feel so comfortable knowing that my son was going to be in good hands. She took great care of him, kept him happy and entertained, and even took such good care of him as if he were her own child. Having no distractions and focusing solely on my wife that day made all the difference to us.
