Chesterfields of England Anmeldelser

Really recommend these guys, I experienced amazing service from everybody especially the sales manager Callum, not to mention the quality of the products are absolutely fantastic!

We have ordered many items from Chesterfields of England and have been delighted every time. We were always kept up to date on the delivery and the whereabouts of our sofa. They have an excellent showroom where I was able to view a wide range of sofas and chairs, and were able to fit me in whenever it suited me.

I bought my Classic Chesterfield chair and sofa in antique green from these guys approx 3 years ago now and wanted to make an enquiry about a pouffe that I would like custom made as it was not part of their catalogue. They came back and said that they could do it and we agreed on the price. When the piece arrived yesterday, it was of course excellent in build quality and fits in perfectly with the rest of the furniture.

I can not fault the manner in which Yola and the team have dealt with my request and I would always recommend these people to anyone who asked me. They are quite simply a shining example of how a company should handle a customers experience. I would not hesitate to order anything from these guys as they are so professional.

Best of luck and thank Chesterfield for all you have done for me.

Having received our chesterfield, I felt compelled to leave a review.
What a joy it is to deal with this company from initially making the order to receiving our suite just 2 weeks later they have been 1st rate in every way !
Helpful polite and great communication and the quality is amazing.
Even the delivery guys are brilliant !
I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and will definitely use them again in the future.
And finally I have the Chesterfield that I always wanted ever since childhood.
Many thanks once again !

Beautiful craftsmanship! A delighted customer!

Just had 2 classic 3 seater chesterfields delivered. Great company, great sofa's and smashing delivery guys too!

Absolutely thrilled with our furniture! We got a four piece sofa and armchair set and a blue velvet sofa for another room. Beautifully made, great value and everyone at the company was lovely to deal with, thank you!

First-class service and products, from first-contact to delivery; all exactly as expected.
Dealt with Yolanda & Calum; well-organised, and everything went smoothly/as planned.
Bournville Hand-dyed sofas - Quality and finish looks great, but can't comment on the longer-term (as only just delivered). Hopefully no issues.

A pleasure doing business, and would give a very positive recommendation.

Superbly made, high quality furniture. Recently purchased a classic sofa and Queen Anne chairs. Delivery was reasonable length of time . Delivery team very professional and friendly. The highest standard of customer service throughout. From help with advice , ordering , delivery and aftercare. Made to feel like a valued customer and nothing too much trouble ( extremely rare these days ) . Would not hesitate in recommending this company. Well done guys and gals !! 👍😁

I have the Edwardian leather sofas 2 and 3 seaters, together with a footstool which was on promotion. They’re just amazing and look stunning in our lounge. I have had lots of praise from family and friends. Would definitely order from Chesterfields again as their customer service has been impeccable from beginning to after sales. Thank you to Yola and the team 🙂 Am already looking into purchasing a leather Queen Anne chair....watch out Chesterfields I’ll be in touch again soon!

Great company from us visiting the showroom to ordering to delivery and back up Custermer service. Top dog here.

Great company to deal with. Definitely recommend

Hi thanks to Chesterfields for a great product which looks stunning, and for the trouble-free delivery to France

Very nice staff, friendly and helpful. ordering was simple, delivery earlier than expected. Transport to Austria without problem, only coordination between forwarder and customer could be better, which is not the fault of Chesterfields.

Quality of sofa seems very good, and we are happy about the footstool that had been offered complimentarily during ordering process.

Can't praise this company enough. Very easy ordering process. Staff can't do enough for you. Excellent range of fabrics to choose from. Delivery time was great and they worked around myself, which was very helpful. Sofa is very comfortable and has made my room look so much more complete

Wasn’t too sure about buying furniture online but It really was an easy process, absolutely LOVE my new sofas!

From start to finish the service has been excellent. Very simple online ordering process. I found it really useful to be able to order fabric samples as my wife and I were undecided between 2.

We are so happy with these 2 sofas we bought. They are incredibly comfortable, really well made and were delivered quickly without any issues.

They look the business and we've had quite a few compliments on them already.

Thanks.

Superb white leatger Chesterfields that look stunning in our home in Dordogne, worth having the 2 and 3 seaters sent over there. Very comfy and elegant, I added a few tartan cushions and the result is amazing, thanjs for efficiency and qyality!
