I Love Cherryz, but am considering whether to still order as I am not happy ordering from any companies that use Evri as a courier service. They are an awful company and I’ve had so many parcels delayed it simply go missing. Please switch to another delivery company. Other than that you yourselves are great.

I did my 1st order on Sunday …ordered 3 boxes full and it all arrived on the Wednesday nothing broken and all packed In very strong boxes I definitely will be using your services again

I had two parcels go astray over the festive period which wasn’t their fault but down to Evri and they were so helpful in chasing it up and refunding me straight away. I will continue to use Cherryz on a regular basis as it’s such good value for money.

Easy to find order and deliver reasonable prices

I was having a lot of trouble finding the only biscuits I can eat at the moment, Cherryz had them! It was really easy to order and they delivered within 2 days. I very much recommend them.

Placed my first order today using a discount code, that they displayed and their system accepted. Went through, everything was fine..or so I thought!

I then get an email from their customer service saying I've already used a code (I haven't ordered before) and they are cancelling the whole order, but it's ok, I can go back and waste time by having to replace the entire thing... for the benefit of paying more!!

Err..how about no?. Absolutely disgusting way to treat a new customer. Didn't even bother to try and question me first or look into it and genuinely seem to think that's an ok way to treat people.

Even if it had been the case, it would be an issue with their system, not me. To cancel an entire order and waste a customer's time over your own misunderstanding is NOT a good look.

Lost a customer.

Everything in my order was brilliant,however the only downside is the courier EVRI,they are notoriously bad,especially in my area,and i've had so many problems with them,that I resolved to not use any company that use evri.I'd be happy to pay more for a better courier,DPD,Yodel,Royal Mail,DHL,etc. This delevery was ok but usually they are poor. Pity but so stressful when you can't contact them.

Products priced very fairly , quick delivery and well packed , all in all a very good and pleasing shopping experience will use again for sure .
