We do offer new customers a 7‑day free trial so you can explore Checkmyfile and decide whether it’s right for you, without obligation. If you choose to use the service again after the trial ends, a subscription payment is required to restart the service. This is because we purchase your credit data directly from Experian, Equifax and TransUnion, allowing us to provide a comprehensive, easy‑to‑understand report, along with detailed analysis and access to our dedicated support team. We also offer help raising disputes with the credit agencies if something doesn’t look quite right.

Your subscription also includes daily updates to your credit report, and even if you decide to cancel, you’ll continue to have full access for the period you’ve already paid for.
