Cheap BB Guns Anmeldelser

Guns are brilliant and I'm very very happy with them. However communication could do with improving

Bought item, never received no contact with company despite emailing them loads. Wish I'd see the plethora of reviews on here I would have given them a wide berth. Reported to paypal for money back and as potential scam. Positive reviews likely fake

Avoid this company. I ordered a BB gun from them. It arrived within a week and the first time I used it, it was faulty. Just dumped the gas from the barrel after 2 to 3 shots. 2 emails to arrange a refund and both ignored. Never again.

The item we purchased never arrived. No shipping information was ever sent. It's impossible to get hold of anyone at the company. There is no phone number and they don't answer emails. I honestly think this company is bogus and I am seeking my money back via PayPal claims.

I didn't receive the product or response. Luckily, I paid through PayPal so I was able to get my money back

Very great site and the prices are almost overpriced. Would sometimes buy again 6/10 site design and very bad customer care I am also still waiting for my gun, it has been 5 days already and sent several emails asking where my parcel is, they have not replied

Poor communication. Had to get PayPal to help sort out the problem. Would not recommend.

In total it took 40+ days for my delivery to arrive. I had to chase up the company multiple times and never received an ACTUAL update as to where my parcel was or what the tracking number was. In the end I escalated it with PayPal and suddenly my parcel materialised.

All that being said. The product itself I have to admit, is very very good quality. If it wasn’t for the quality of the product I would be giving 1* and telling people to avoid.

I ordered a glock bb for my son for Christmas as I don’t check the gun before hand it had a crack in the clip and also doesn’t shoot. If I had realised I would have contacted customer service straight away as we had bad weather after Christmas it was to late for me to get a refund or return the item.

The gun has been sent with a foreign plug, I have bought an adaptor after hunting everywhere for the right one but every time I plug it in it blows the fuse on the socket. No customer support, would not recommend this company I’ve had no reply after asking what adaptor it requires in the UK. Buyers beware. Any good reviews are through the incentive of free bullets if you leave a good review. The gun is useless and I have one unhappy child who was so excited to receive this as a Christmas gift.

Dreadful customer service again....no replies for weeks.
Last time received a much lower spec item than ordered and paid full price for.
Ordered again a year later after forgetting how bad they were last time as it was a while back!!
As bad as ever and...of course...still awaiting product delivery and reply to email on awaiting dispatch.
Amateurish.

Fast easy online ordering with clear descriptions.
Quick contact and fast delivery
Will use again.

Still waiting for response to my emails sent several weeks ago!
Received inferior item to one I ordered but absolutely no response to my emails with query. Appalling customer service. Would suggest you avoid this website

Super fast delivery, and really great post sales follow up and assistance. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you 🙏🏼

I loved the way the website gave clear and precise information about each gun, it made choosing the gun for my child to use as a beiginner so much easier.....
