Cheap BB Guns Anmeldelser

Never received item, I have emailed in about 20 times no response, spent over £100 there for my sons birthday, phone number doesnt work horrendous company and reported to trading standards

Cheapbbguns is a SCAMMER.
The item was in stock on website, 3 days later they tell me item isn't in stock (item still advertised as in stock) and offered similar item. I didn't want it and asked for a full refund. Then nothing from them. They claim to be on a industrial estate, turns out it's a housing estate on IOM. Payed through paypal and got refund.

Ha ha SCAMMER, got the cash back 🤣😂🤣

Havent received item.

No customer service.

Avoid.

Never sent the item. No reply to emails. The phone number doesn't work. I'm assuming they've gone under. Had to get a refund through PayPal.

Bought for plinking in the garden so far the service has been great

The gun broke after a few days

Product came broken, the spring in the magazine was broken .
The rear stock was broken .
Very poor quality when I emailed to say I wasn't happy no one replied.... surprise surprise.

terrible didn’t get my gun

If I could give zero I would

We had an issue with a broken BB gun. It broke within a few uses. Both myself and husband contacted them with no response. When they did finally respond, they didn't do anything even though this was within a week of purchase. Cheap nasty and terrible customer service.

I purchased a ZM51 Sniper rifle for my 15 year olds birthday as we have purchased items in previous years, however this particular item is faulty & I have been trying to return the item & get a refund for 1 month now ! I have sent several emails & messages & have received only 1 email asking if I had fixed the problem? NO offer of a refund NO information as to how return the item in question. Communication from customer service has been very poor & unhelpful, I have followed their returns policy but to NO avail. To say my son & I are very disappointed with the company is an understatement, I will never purchase items from this company again. Save your money & the aggravation, stay well clear !!!

Paid £128.44 around 29th May for bb pistol. Still not received and no response to my email. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I paid nearly £200 for items from this company at the beginning of May, I have not received these items and my emails and phone calls are getting no response

Never got package

bought this for my boyfriend and he loves it would 100% recommend

Product took over 3 weeks and arrived as a different product to the one ordered. Good quality pistol.

I ordered from your description two broom handled mauser pistols that were 1:1 in size, when they finally arrived they were 2:3 the size, your description was incorrect and inaccurate.

Ordered an item never arrived the company didn't even know I order an item had to make a dispute for refund that lasted over 2 weeks

I never received my order
