I had a horrible experience with Chatrace.com. I paid them almost $20 for their service, but when I encountered issues, their customer support was unhelpful and dismissive. Despite contacting them multiple times, all they told me was to wait another 24 hours. It's now been 2 days, and they keep repeating the same response without resolving anything.

Their lack of professionalism and inability to address customer concerns shows they don’t know how to treat their clients. I regret using their service and would not recommend it to anyone. Save your money and find a more reliable platform.

Easy to use, lot of feature and functionalities

Great platform for AI Chatbot setup. Multiple channels included. We are using it for a Webchat that saves sooo much time, SMS follow-up for leads and FB and IG messenger. Best thing is with additional software we now have an AI voice appointment setter that is crushing it!

I was excited to use this platform until I bumped into technical questions and learned that this company has imbecile service. They didn't even make a half-decent attempt to answer my questions, so I'll never know if the service could have worked for us or not. What a shame

This is a automated messages (bot) platform where you create auto reply to customers messages on facebook, instagram and other social media platforms. However I decided to not use it anymore and wanted to removed completely from my facebook page but unfortunately I can't. I tried to contact them on live chat and they keep telling me to just delete the account and wait for 24 hours, Today I already done it 3 times and my customers still see Chatrace content when they tried to message our facebook page. This is ridiculous, why can't they just remove it out from my page? This is affecting our business...
