It was great dealing with Kate and I always felt she was really pulling for me to get the house I wanted and her communication was great, I really appreciate the positive way you approached things and everything you did to get me there. Although my purchase was a long and at times challenging process, Jo Goddard was consistently excellent throughout.

She was always responsive, polite and professional, and I really appreciated how proactive she was in keeping me updated. I found the process of renting with Charters very easy and smooth. They are very helpful! Arranging viewings is quickly and smooth, more specifically I had a viewing in Southampton recently with Chloe Bowers and she was so nice and helpful. Not all estate agents are the same. Charters Southampton have selected staff that are a delight to deal with, great at communication, and their senior staff have elephantine knowledge of the local housing market.
