Horrible customer service. I ordered parts. My name was correct. My address was correct. They shipped them to someone else. Different name completely. I called to complain and the ***** laughed at me. She was supposedly the customer service manager. She couldn't have cared less and was as sarcastic and rude as she could be.

Ordered the Scorpion Exo R1 Air Helmet. They did not include the free dark smoke visor. I contacted customer service and they refused to send me the dark smoke visor. I sent them a photo of the lightly tinted visor which was included and offered to ship it to them. I got no response. Customer service is not responsive and now I have to spend another $50 for a dark smoke visor when it was supposed to me included. Very unhappy.

This site is a rip off. I ordered a helmet which was 74.97 ( order number 201599157 ) i noticed they put a $9.99 shipping charge. immediately I called them but they said its already been shipped and the call center person told me his manager can waive the shipping cost. I followed up almost three days and they denied my request and also to return the item i need to pay the shipping cost from my pocket.

Purchased some tires at chapmoto according to the information their website provided. Chapmoto states it’s a 80% dirt/20% street when I received the tire it says 90%dirt/10% street. This is not what was stated on the website.
Called customer service and was on hold for 11 minutes and then was told they’d send me a paid return label to return it. (So far so good) however a $15.99 shipping charge would be taken out of the refund. I explained to them that their listing is wrong and I shouldn’t have to pay return ship since it’s their mistake. He said 80/20 was the suggested traction and offered nothing but an apology. I was going to buy the tire I needed from them that was even more expensive after I got my money back but now I’m stuck with this one. I asked to talk to his manager but he refused and said he’d tell me the same thing.
I’ll still use this tire, but they lost any future business from me. I only used them because of a 5% coupon for my first order. Plenty of other online businesses to shop from.

I saw the bad reviews after I ordered, got a little worried, but they really came through. I know not everyone is gonna get the same experience but I think they deserve a good review for the service I got.
I bought Michelin road 6's on here cheaper than revzilla, the shipping took about a week, some things took 2 weeks on backorder. Thought I got scammed, but I called and they explained everything, I'm pretty sure the number I called from their website went through to an actual store, not a call center.
Some people on here said they got old tires, but I bought tires that were released last year so I can't speak on that.
One final note, I mostly just buy my stuff in the winter/early spring to tinker around in the garage before season starts in Michigan, so whatever if things have to be on backorder or dropshipped, maybe take it into consideration when ordering from them, but I'm happy with the service and value.

Two sets of motorcycle tires were ordered due to a computer error. Two charges incurred. One set of tires was returned to Chaparral and they received the returned tires but refuse to return the money from the second charge.

I ordered a front and back tire for my bike over a week ago and paid of course at the time. I used the shipping address from the motorcycle shops address because I was out of town. I also had my address on there as my billing address. I finally had to summit a issue ticket which the next day I get a call from a rep there saying there is an issue with the shipping address. I was driving at the time of the call and asked the rep if he could look up on the internet to verify the address, but no he couldn't spend 30 seconds looking it up to see. WOW? Great customer service, right? NOT! Then I finally told him to send them to my address and said he would and they would be here in a few days. Also I should get a email showing my tracking info. Well, nothing happened. So I called on Friday trying to find out the status. I was on hold forever and finally they wanted me to leave a message. I did, and no one ever contacted me back. So late Friday night I found an email stating my order would be canceled if I didn't contact them within 24 hours! Because of shipping address issues?? I already contacted them on Friday! So at this point I am being charged storage fees at the motorcycle shop, because of time there! Still no tires! I just want my tires, so I can get my bike out of the shop and not pay any more storage fees! Terrible customer service!

ordered tires and tubes for my customer 3/15 its 3/21 no email confirmation im expecting tires at my door ,check website says its processing ,i then call after on hold 20 minutes some guy not very apologetic answers and says system update causing delay and i may receive one tire by today or tomorrow the other stuff he was blowin smoke as to when i asked for a manager said one will call me back.... ill never use them again now unless everything shows up tommorow,i promised customer his bike to be done today....beware about ordering here just saying

This company really took me for a ride. I needed handlebars, ASAP (you know, the bike doesn't work well without them). So I found the part on their website and ordered it with expedited shipping. Paid with my credit card.

They sent me an email saying they could not complete the transaction, and would not until I provided additional verification. By that time I had already found another solution, so I said okay whatever, the transaction was canceled by them I don't need to do anything.

Then, it looks like they got greedy and decided they would make liars out of themselves and processed the transaction after all. This was a couple weeks later, and I had already left the country. I guess they sent the handlebars to the hotel I had been staying at when I ordered them expedited (less than 48 hours), because when I saw the charge on my card and contacted them to say "what happened to you weren't going to process the order until you heard back from me?" they demanded I return the handlebars before I could get a refund. As I said, I was out of the country so these thieving liars kept my money after processing the order they said they would not/could not.

I went back and forth with them and they admitted they were wrong but still wouldn't refund since I had to pay for their mistake. Oh and get this, sending the handlebars weeks later, they still charged me extra for expedited shipping! This business has some bad karma coming its way.

I just ordered all Honda parts :2gal 10w30, 2 8oz 80w90 shaft oil, 2 front wheel bearings, 2 front wheel bearing covers, 1 shaft rubber gasket and 1 shaft drain plug gasket. Great service, quick delivery. They were out of stock on shaft drain plug but got it out within 2 additional days. I received my original order in 3days. I am extremely pleased in how the order was packaged. The 1gal jugs x2 and the 2x shaft oils were individually wrapped, the wheel bearings and covers and rubber gasket were in a thick plastic bag. The entire box was filled with brown filler paper. Great work with packaging the products. The box took a beating coming through FedEx but no damages a lot of scuff/scratch marks. I am in the market for new helmet and stereo system now. I will definitely be buying again and will also refer family and friends. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I found them through online search, read reviews and then compared their product list for the pricing, after all the research they were reasonable in all aspect.

I order a rear motorcycle tire online. Right after I had placed my order, I found a better price for the same tire. I tried to call Chaparral with no answer. After 2 days, I was finally able to talk to them, they told me that in order to get price match, I had to call before placing my order. If I find a better price, I just order the product from the other company. Why go trough the Hussle. They refuse to adjust the price or cancel my order. They want to charge me $15 for returning the tire. Worse customer service I have encounter.

Ordered both in person and online. Never had an issue with Customer Service. Tons of parts in stock at all times. Friendly, knowledgeable, great staff.

If you are in SoCal, make it a point to check this place out in person!

Super quick turnaround from online purchase to delivery. Selected items on the 4th and received porch delivery next day for one item and mailbox delivery the day after that for other item. Incredible! So if you need a last minute gift, or a gift card, keep Chaparral in mind!
