The Chandelier & Mirror Company Ltd Anmeldelser

A couple of issues along the way but fabulous outcome. Would definitely buy from them again.

Excellent product, well packaged and looks lovely.

I bought a mirror which I had placed in my favourite list . When I was ready to buy I found there was 15% discount on offer . The service was speedy and the mirror arrived with very secure packaging . A member of staff had phoned to arrange delivery to me . All in all an excellent & very efficient service & a beautiful mirror exactly as seen online . Would recommend highly .

Having experienced a huge disappointment on the purchase of mirrors on two recent occasions from a sizeable competitor of The Chandelier & Mirror Company, where the quality of finish on the products delivered was extremely poor ( although I accept the design of the product perhaps, contributed to the problems), it was, therefore, with some trepidation, that I placed an order with The Chandelier & Mirror Company for a similar product also with a complex hand finish.

I needn't have worried because the service and help provided at the order stage, pre-delivery and post delivery was first class with a caring attitude displayed to ensure the product delivered met my expectations. In fact, it exceeded my expectations. Congratulations also to the manufacturer on this occasion.

An organisation to be recommended with customer satisfaction clearly a priority. Thanks.

No complaints and great price

Stunning mirror, so pleased and lovely quick and friendly service. Will use again...

Very pleased with the product and the excellent and friendly customer service

Fantastic Service

Really love the Mirror, great value , prompt and clear email communication and really quick delivery. Very satisfied!

Very pleased with my purchase it is exactly as described and shown.
Follow up after order was made very good and delivery second to none!
Thankyou.

Beautiful large mirror, looks classy, arrived quickly, no damage. Bought our own additional heavy duty hooks to hang it with as did not trust just hanging on screws.

Very happy with the service I received, was kept informed on the delivery of my item and I would happily recommend The Chandelier & Mirror Company.

Mirror arrived quickly and was well wrapped. Standard of Mirror is first class and I would recommend Company to anyone

From my email ordering a mirror to the delivery just 2 days later, it was very professionally executed. From a phone call sorting out the delivery to recieving the very well packaged mirror. I am very pleased

Lovely mirror delivered in perfect condition. Nice to deal with.

We have been looking for a bathroom light for such a long time. With high ceilings nothing looked right! The chandelier which is safe for the bathroom is brilliant we love it!

Really pleased with the over mantle. The price was great and the mirror looks far more expensive than what we paid.

Great service from time of order to delivery. Mirror up & looks great, thanks to all

The service was extremely good; I had a phone call within 24 hours of placing my order on the great website to arrange delivery the following day. The parcel arrived very well protected and with good instructions. The mirror inside is stunning, just what we wanted

we have bought a mirror from this company before and were really pleased with it so had no hesitation to order another one, on arrival it was damaged and there was no fuss when I contacted the company and a replacement was reordered it did take a couple of weeks but a new one arrived and was perfect , will use this company again with out doubt , well done Vanessa.
