The Chandelier & Mirror Company Ltd Anmeldelser

No problems with the delivery of my new mirror- it was really well packaged. I have had experiences in the past with another company, where a mirror that I had ordered arrived in pieces. Friendly driver, who carried the heavy parcel up to my second floor apartment. The mirror is nice. Only small negative is, that it took a while for the mirror to come back in stock, which wasn't fully clear to me when I placed the order. Overall I'm very happy. The only thing which could be improved is better communication from the company about when to expect the item. Thank you

Excellent service

No problem with delivering. A good service. Nice mirror.

I was pleased with their service but a mirror was delivered and it was not the same colour gold as their photograph and looked like metal instead of resin resembling wood. I did not use it for the purpose I wanted it. Was disappointed and feel reluctant to purchase this type of item on internet again as it is difficult to repack and return.

Good website, no problems paying. Prompt arrival of item in good packaging.
We love our mirror, very fancy, very out of character. Good quality, great look.

I have always found Chandelier & Mirror Company very easy and pleasant to deal with, also a great range

Lovely vase. Great service. No problems.

The vase came quick and well wrapped and protected.

Thanks!

These mirrors are beautiful. Great company and trustworthy

Got a lovely mirror delivered when stated and of excellent quality. Good customer service throughout.

Ordered the Cottolica mirror - arrived promptly and is brilliant quality for the price. Other similar mirrors were twice the price from other outlets.
All in all very happy, thank you :)

Had a very last minute mirror need and although I contacted to ask about next day delivery on a particular product that was out of stock; I was recommended several similar items that were available and had a lovely mirror with me by the next day. Very happy with this service.

User friendly website. Very polite, friendly and efficient help on the phone. Delivery earlier than expected with phone call to arrange details. Product exactly as expected, well packed and in perfect condition. Thank you.

No problems with either the product, a mirror, or the service which was highly efficient. I would use this company again with confidence.

Promised to e-mail when new delivery of chosen mirror arrived. They did - excellent service and speedy delivery.

the quality of the mirror was top class, and the mirror was delivered almost immediately. I would definitely shop here again

The delivery of my mirror went without a hitch and was quite quick - very pleased.

Fantastic service and product! Would recommend and definitely use again. Many thanks for the professional and friendly service!

I found the website easy to use and simple for ordering. The delivery was quick and the mirror carefully wrapped yet not excessively so. The mirror has transformed my sitting room, bringing in a lot more light. The room looks much bigger and now has a sense of luxury. The colour of the frame is very tasteful and the mirror itself is high quality. I am thrilled with the end result and enjoy the compliments from family and friends. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
