The Chandelier & Mirror Company Ltd Anmeldelser

No problem with purchase and very happy with the product but delivery company are atrocious. They are harming your brand so ditch them and bring in someone who understands customer service. They only responded when I contacted the chandelier company who spoke to them on my behalf then got delivery the following day. Otherwise all good

excellent in every respect and very helpful over the phone, the mirror looks wonderful, thanks J Reynolds.

I love the mirrors I have bought from this company. I ordered my first earlier in the year and was very pleased, so when I needed two more, I used this company again. The website, purchasing and delivery confirmation experiences were all great. The issue came down to the choice of courier, which is when my experience went downwards. After only one part of a two-part consignment being delivered on the agreed day, I arranged with the phone operator a second delivery date a few days later, when I could be available (as I work Monday to Friday I cannot easily find time to be at home during the working day). I came home the next day to find my missing mirror had been left with a neighbour, though I had expressly asked this not to happen. I have no control over how the neighbour handled the mirror so was relieved to find it wasn't broken.

Totally delighted with my mirror total class.

Very satisfied with the products and service.

Everything was wonderful - nothing else to say - fabulous!

When my lamp arrived it had a slight imperfection. I contacted the company who promptly arranged for it to be returned and deliver a new one. This was all completed within a week.
Very happy with the service. Would use the company again.

Excellent service. Mirror was great quality and best price seen. Would definately use this company again !

thank you - the packaging was great. the missing items were posted on without any problem and arrived a few days later. Excellent after sales service

Wow what a lovely mirror, was blown away when it came it looks better than on the website. It was packaged well and I would definitely recommend this mirror if you like a little bit of bling in your life.

Exceedingly quick personal response, I was wait for a standard email with delivery details but got a young lady on the phone asking best time for delivery. Excellent service and the mirror's not bad neither.

Excellant customer service, good product range and quick efficient delivery.Would definitely recommend.

Looked everywhere for the right mirror. Ordered the best one I'd seen. It was a reasonable price, it came when I was told it would, and was exactly what I wanted. The description, picture, measurements, weight, were spot-on.

A lovely mirror and at a reasonable price in the sale. The service was very quick and the mirror was extremely well packaged.
Would definitely use this company again.

Great website, easy ordering, very quick delivery confirmed by phone, beautiful mirror! Could not be better.

As a fellow retailer I appreciate companies that do exactly as they say they would. I spoke to them on Saturday and they said they would call first thing Monday as i needed the product delivered by a certain date. They did exactly that and took my order over the telephone and the chandeliers arrived when expected.

Perfect service with no complications.
