Chancellors made it easy especially Charlotte, she has been very helpful during the process of finding somewhere to rent, she has helped us find the perfect property and understood exactly what we were looking for after viewing properties that were not suitable. The process has been made easy and stress free because of Charlotte, and we couldn’t of asked for anyone more helpful, she even went on to help us with internet for the place and cheap removals for our stuff. Could not be happier, highly recommended.

Charlotte Quixley, Professional and helpful
I applied online for property to rent.
Next day in the morning Charlotte called me. She left voicemail as I wasn’t able to take this call. I called her back. She was very professional and friendly offering assistance finding the right property suitable for me and my partner.
Immediately after our conversation she send me her business card with all her details and an email in regards the renting process.
I felt comfortable talking to Charlotte Quixley as English Language is my second language.

Frustration and panic both ends of house sales
I had problems with my house sale dragging on with vague if any information between solicitors after many enquiries I rang Curtis Knight in the Windsor branch who identified the problem and set about putting right he kept both parties informed he’s what you want but don’t always get from customer service and an asset in a anxious time for both buyer and seller

The application process has been really straightforward and the communication has been particularly good. Really impressed by this considering it was managed over the Christmas period!
