We didn't like the property. It was V SHAPE. Box room and garden were too small. House need decorating also.

When we sold and brought our new property, we had really good and friendly service with Mehataab. Would recommend highly.

After a poor start we both got things sorted. And turned a corner and went forward with the sale, Tanja had a good communication skill with phone calls and backing it up with emails which made a better relationship and gave me better confidence in the action to finalise the sale.
Tanja did what she said she would do at all stages and was on the phone or email to all parties throughout the sale.

Had a property viewing with Kashan. He was punctual and incredibly helpful. Answered all my questions thoroughly and provided detailed info about the property. Excellent service!

I've dealt with several estate agents in the past, and communication has always been a major issue. Updates were slow or non-existent, leaving me frustrated and uninformed. However, my experience with Chancellors has been a refreshing change.
My point of contact, Kashan, has been great at keeping me up-to-date throughout the process so far. In addition to clear and consistent communication, Chancellors' online portal is a valuable tool.
While I'm still at the beginning of the sale process, I'm hopeful that Chancellors will continue to keep me updated and informed as needed. Kashan's commitment to communication and the user-friendly online portal have instilled a sense of trust in the process and I look forward to completing the sale soon.
