Tilly is an amazing letting agent! I have been desperately looking for a student house after some unfortunate circumstances and she she was very nice on the phone and kept in contact about accommodation that could suit our needs, she also was honest about properties she thought wouldn’t be best and at the house viewing she was really nice to us and informative. She managed to find us a place, get us a viewing and get our application accepted in under a week and we couldn’t have done it without her help! Everyone else I spoke to on the phone was really kind too! Would highly recommend going with chancellors!

Tilly Saxton was absolutely amazing. There for us through the whole process of finding a house giving us all the information we needed there and then. We have now successfully found a house with her help. Communication skills were a 10/10 and would definitely recommend chancellors to anyone needing a trusting letting agency.

I am extremely pleased with Chancellor, especially Louise. She was very friendly, professional and kept me updated throughout the rental process.
Charlotte, could benefit from being more patient when answering questions. She wasn't unpleasant, but at times, I sensed she might have been irritated.

Oxford Student Lettings
We were kindly shown around a couple of properties by Tilly, one of the student lettings agents. She was great with information and answered all our questions without being pushy or impatient, and we ended up applying for one of the two houses. Tilly also helped us with our application process, clearing up any confusion we had.
