With Rebecca as our Property Manager, I was confident that the property was in good hands. Communication was always clear, and I could easily reach Rebecca or a member of her team whenever needed.

Shelby and her team of sales progression advisors were amazing throughout my home purchase. I’ve used other estate agents in the past and I wasn’t expecting the level service they provided. They communicated between myself the seller and both of our solicitors giving me regular updates and pushed everything along to completion on my behalf making everything much less stressful! They answered any questions I had and were just great throughout the whole process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shelby and her team at Chancellors, Bracknell. Thanks for everything and I couldn’t be happier in my new home!

We have been letting our old family home of 87 years with Chancellors (formerly Russell Baldwin & Bright) in Hay on Wye for 26 years!
New tenants have just moved in and the entire process was very professionally and efficiently managed by Jane Carter in the Hay office and Taylor Corkery from Specialist Lettings.

I have been deeply disappointed with the way Steven and the team at Chancellors have handled my situation. Their approach has been unhelpful, dismissive, and completely lacking in fairness. It is clear to me that Chancellors are far more interested in extracting money from tenants than in providing any level of genuine service or support.

This experience has left me with zero trust in the company. I will never use Chancellors again to rent or buy a property, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with them.
