I was looking for a Arris Rail with Shaped ends and came across this company. Not only did I find the right one but it was a great quality and price.

Prompt service, great communication, delivery lady was lovely.

Ordered on line, they rang shortly afterwards to arrange delivery, delivered a few days later, very pleased with the quality of the timber and the whole process

Very quick and efficient delivery

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly plus they were the cheapest around for what I needed. I would definitely go back again

I made a very small order yesterday which has just arrived today. My friend visited the showroom initially & told me they had been extremely helpful in answering any questions & very friendly. Anne delivered the fence panel today & was extremely helpful also. She even helped me get the panel into my garden which I didn't expect at all. It is the 2nd time recently I've purchased from them personally after my friend had recommended them to me. Excellent customer service, helpful, prompt & professional. Super impressed & thoroughly recommend.

Very happy with the service & quality of products. Jon offered excellent service, prompt communications & quick turn around of the order.

Delivery ahead of schedule and polite great service

Served today by Leroy, who is one of the most helpful people I have had the pleasure of doing business with.

Goods quickly ordered and a delivery date of my choice secured.

A helpful experience.

The system to order online feels more personal than most with phone calls to check items and discuss collection. Staff were friendly and helpful when collecting too.

Booked in store, concrete fence posts/gravel boards and delivery organised for Good-Friday with instructions given of where to leave if no one home. On the day we didn’t hear the knock (as had headphones on 😬) but no need to worry as left where advised. The staff we dealt with were very helpful and polite. Certainly recommend this company, prices competitive, good products and will use them again.
