Put an order in and the delivery cost from Kirkcaldy to Invergordon (174 miles) was £60.00.

Put the same order into Catering24 delivery cost from England to Invergordon (460 miles) was £15.99 both companies use DPD for delivery,

Emailed CFW and asked why the cost were so high for the same courier company to deliver to the same country was told courier charges were out of there hands. Emailed them back and gave them proof of the 2 courier costs for the same products, but got the same reply.

Obviously CWF don't want to deal with the business's in the 35% of Scotland's geographical area

Great quick service, shame about the delivery company.

I paid a very expensive shipping to be sent to the United States the chocolates came totally melted, they didn't put an ice bag to cool the chocolate and they arrived like water all melted I was at a huge loss and I do not recommend the purchase.

Fast next day delivery.. we will buy again no complaint

When purchasing from this company, you do not get invoices, need to constantly email and ask for invoices as the email get ignored too

Needs a massive improvement will be moving away from using them now used them for 3 years spent almost 1k each month on goods but recently cost me 3 x that in sales due to their late deliveries says order by 2pm for next day hardly true anymore many times it comes after 2 or 3 days have gone down massively in my books

Really enjoying their range of products and exploring more. They have all been great tasting and very well received. Delivery is very fast too, pleased with that too. Had an issue with one of my orders but Customer Services resolved it very quickly so they get 5 stars too!

Won't be ordering on here anymore, placed an order for some topping sauces, one of them was the Monin Gourmet white chocolate sauce, it's disgusting! Avoid at all costs, this does not taste anything like white chocolate. It taste like a gross Milk Syrup, not even edible. Contacted CFW and although their own customer service said that this one taste like milk(obviously not what is described or advertised), they have refused to refund me or send the Sephra one. Would no longer recommend people to buy from them since this is how they treat their customers, why stock a product you know is not as described and then offer no resolution when a customer complains.
