Went for an appointment the one for…
Went for an appointment the one for £40.00 and when I sat in the chair the Dentist asked what I had come for ?????
We then went into an in-depth conversation etc about ideally I said I would like a Maryland bridge ...so no xrays done or anything very very confusing !!!!!
The receptionist asked what had happened and I explained to her she said she would speak to the manager and get her to call me in the afternoon as that was when she was in.
Two days later still waiting - I wouldn’t mind they were recommended by two family members 😕

Great service
Having been a very nervous patient for a wisdom tooth extraction, the surgeon and nurse were brilliant. They put me at ease, explained everything that they were doing and calmed me down throughout the whole procedure (where I didn't feel a thing).
The routine check-ups are also done very well, and they're opening times suit busy workers such as myself.

Tooth removed
A necessary evil that had to be done, but they made it as stress-free as possible and kept checking throughout that I was okay and had no pain.

Good standard of care and information
I was seen on time and received good treatment and explanation of my dental health.
The only thing that hurt was the cost but it's the same everywhere these days.

Sheffield Archer Road Practice
I was a little concerned after reading a recent review - but went along anyway for an appointment. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and the dentist very gentle - definitely no scraping with a metal pick at my visit. I won’t be going anywhere else now and even joined their dental plan to ensure I attend regularly. Thank you. I felt I had to comment as my experience bore no similarities to the recent post about this Practice.

archer road sheffield sainsburys branch
had the worst treatment from the archer road branch in sheffield, really painfully with the needle also tried charging me for work i didnt need, intial check up scraped the teeth with a metal pick causing pain that wasnt there before, pls stay away
