I am finding it hard to put one star. Ordered a top from this company, they claim they are a London based company and they are not, they are from China. When the top arrived it is too small, I emailed the company after many weeks they replied, telling me to give the previous order to a friend and order another one in my correct size at a reduced price. Do not buy from this company, they are not what they say they are, disgusting customer service.

This company is a joke ordered 2x coffee cups advertising on FACEBOOK AND las usual good old Facebook, scam the phone number don't exist and the emails for support don't exist, so I will head to the store and fix this scam my self

This company is a scam. Wished i looked into it first. Order came in weeks late and was nothing like the picture. When you go to return things, they don't respond. Into the trash it goes. People suck.

Finally received the tops I ordered after almost two months - terrible quality, not as advertised at all.
Will not order from this company again.

Ondanks de liften, die het niet deden, was Celest zo vriendelijk ons naar boven en beneden te brengen. De liften behoren trouwens bij het gebouw, Celest is hier niet verantwoordelijk voor. Heerlijke cocktails gedronken, leuke bediening en prachtig uitzicht!

Delivery took best part of four weeks. Not the 14 days maximum as they say. Advertised as a family run London based company. Do not believe this. Product came from China. To say the quality is bad would be an understatement. Not fit for using as a rag. Let alone be worn. DO JOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Waited almost 4 weeks for a terrible quality jumper to arrive , nothing like their pictures picture they advertised, only fit for the bin . They say you can return but you CANT , they don’t answer emails and ignore. Do not buy anything from them

Didn’t received my order.
Ordered two bags for 130€ and received nothing. I sent two emails but no one reply.
I presume the link for tracking is false as it say « on delivery since December 12th »

Ordered a bag. Got a shipping notice that bag was coming from China ??? Thought this was a British company. The tracking site for more information you have to pay for. Twice emailed but no responses no contact number either
£58 for this bag for my daughter for Xmas. Obviously on reading other reviews I’ve been scammed so angry as now no bag money gone and cannot afford anything else for my daughter
Disgusting will also be reporting this company that is advertising on tik toc and instagram and pin interest. Do not buy anything from this site

I wish I'd checked on here before falling for the scam. Terrible products, I'm so embarrassed I fell for it, no returns possible because they won't give an address, bye bye money!

The company had cut all contact

Stated they were ill so business was closing.

This company should be looked at by Dept Of Fair Trading . I will be reporting this company.
No contact at ALL - NO PHONE NUMBER - how many emails do you need to send??? No answer. The dress was made by a child disgusting nothing like the picture no label no size quality is so poor & bad I just cant believe it I want all my money back & I want to return this disgraceful piece of dress what they call a dress. The parcel package was damaged label not clear.This is now going to fair trading... get your website off your fake...

A one star doesn’t even come close to what I would review this company. Disgraceful.

Ordered 2 dresses. Nothing like pictured, look like sacks 😡. Tried contacting numerous times with zero response. Never again

Do not be sucked in. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Ordered 2 tops, neither fit the description or looked anything like the image represented online. Tried to email them so many times for a return address but no reply. They should be taken down before more people lose their money.

The only attractive thing was the photo on the website.

I am attempting to contact the company as they claim to have a 30 day return policy but you need to have them send you an address to return items and I am not getting a response. This is very poor customer service!

I want to return my items and the company will not give me the address to send them back to and refused to give me a refund despite what their website says. They will not answer any emails. I have only heard from them once.
Just so dishonest and unprofessional!
I will never buy from them again.
They have just stolen my money.

Placed an order, processed 2 items instead of 1. Took the money for both. No response to email and haven’t received either of the items.
Don’t waste your money
