SCAM - Man får ikke det man har bestilt, men pengene trækker de :-(

This company is a total scam DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

The quality and design was completely different that what you actually get. They refuse to pay for shipping of the product which I am now being quoted at over $80. Long shipping times. Bot-type responses.

Celests4771 Shipment Status Updated, dated 30 Oct 25 - no human intervention - just fictitious shipping notes and bot communication. Despite requests daily for either a refund or the parcel - their reply is from a bot - saying it has been shipped via a tracking number that cannot be found

Ive had a great experience with this company ordering 5 Bras to date. They are super comfortable and are so smooth under clothing. On one occasion, one of the bras was not the colour i expected. I reached out to customer services who simply sorted the issue immediately by stating they will replace , which im currently waiting for. I couldnt ask for more. I prefer wearing these bras to any other bra i own, some of which were double the cost!

I ordered jeans three months ago. Despite multiple emails to check on order… no response.. followed by a promise to resend a new order… nothing. Total SCAM! I don’t believe there is even a real company behind this name.

Took ages to arrive.
Products look ok, but the fit is awful.
Far too big at the back, but cups not large enough or structured for the larger bust. Not enough support, spills over and looks terrible on. Very disappointed as not at all as was advertised and described. Wonder how smooth the returns process will be?

Despite repeated emails to the Company since July of this year, no goods and no reply.
Consumer Affairs contacted and I hope ¹they shut the shoddy/shady business down and demand they recompense consumers affected

Unsupportive bras - to get a refund you need to pay for packaging which is 12.95. Do not buy from this company!

Trying to return and no one providing any return label or address

Very long delivery time , poor customer support , same response each time and no feed back as to when my order is due ! Won’t be using this company again

Scammers, took my money and not responding

I ordered a sweater on 10 July - took my money from my card, zero response these scammers. Just new it had to be a scam, should have checked the reviews before wasting my money

Another rip-off site do not buy

I ordered two sweaters on 16 June 2025 - never been delivered - wrote many times to their support email which bounced back as address not found - phone line says disconnected. It's a dodgy business.

Ordered an Addidas jacket for a gift and never received it!!! 😡 sent 7-8 follow up emails and have had no response to any.
I’d never recommend this service if you can even call it a service. Just ripping hard working people out of their money, SCAM alert!!!!

I placed an order and didn't receive the goods. They provided an invalid tracking number. It is a scam and unfortunately, I LOST MY MONEY!!! DO NOT EVER USE THEM

NO goods received. NO response to attempted Contact which is extremely vague. Can only suspect a Scam site

I read all the reviews about CC after my purchase. I had nothing but a great experience, I got fast email responses and delivery was quick and the product quality was insane! I love my new bag thanks for much

I should have checked the reviews first. When will I learn? The tops were dead ringers for fine linen/cotton in the photographs but were, in fact, cheap polyester. A very misleading response back from them indicated that I would get my money back plus 15% and I could keep the items. I agreed to this proposal although it seemed too good to be true. They credited me 15% but no full refund. So I asked if I could return the blouses and haven't heard from them since. SCAMMERS AND CHEATS, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT, I am out $100.
