This company should be investigated and banned from doing business in the UK. I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews here, it would have saved me £50. The shoes were no way orthopedic,were of exceptionally poor quality, and not true to size. I've emailed twice....no response.

The shoes arrived promptly, the only positive comment I can make. They were very small, I couldn't even get my toes in. No paperwork with the order and impossible to trace confirmation emails.
I wish I had seen this site before I ordered. I shall give the shoes to a charity shop and hope someone with small(or bound) feet will make use of them

Oh no how did I fall into the trap of ordering from this company. I so wish I had thought to read the reviews on Trust Pilot. NO WAY are they orthopaedic shoes they are the cheapest made shoes I can ever recall seeing in my life absolute rubbish. I wanted to return all of them but they will not even give me a return address even if it is in China. Complete waste of my hard earned cash. Don't believe the 14 day refund guarantee
They did eventually give me an address but it was going to cost a fortune to return them. An expensive mistake on mg part should have known better.

Do NOT buy from this site its a con.
What you get is not what you order.
Plastic badly made crap that are going straight in the bin. They take your money and then there is no way of contacting them for money back. DONT BUY didn't want to even give them one star. Bet their having a great laugh at my expense

The shoes are shoddy, poorly made and flat. The picture does not resemble the actual shoes and the wrong colour was sent. The advertising is false in that two weeks after I ordered the shoes on the last day for the reduction in price, it is still in force now. Obviously totally misleading, as is also their claim that the shoes are orthopedically designed. I am annoyed with myself for falling for this scam.

Horrible Chinese company. Very poor quantity items, sent wrong size. When complained they only offer 20% off. Joke.

Shoes don't fit and the returns policy is not worth anything as the company expects you to return to China at your own cost. We were offered an additional discount to keep them! Return address is to an individual in China not to a company. They are not orthopaedic shoes as advertised. AVOID.

I wish that I had read the reviews here before purchasing what are simply cheap horrible plastic shoes of very poor quality. Do not under any circumstances but from Ceelloop.

I waited with anticipation for my order to arrive thinking I would receive a quality product only to be extremely disappointed ☹️ cheap, poor quality plastic shiny and not the leather look in the websites picture, in fact so poor I would not wear them or consider giving them to a charity shop

I immediately contacted the customer services explaining that I wished to return my order costing £48.00 who took a few days to respond and offered me an option to retain the product with a refund of £9.20.

I responded by email and confirmed that I did not want the sandals which were cheap and of poor quality Ceelloop did not provide me with a return address despite their returns policy stating that I could return to them provided I pay the postage to China

After stating again that I did not wish to retain the product they offered me the option to retain the sandals and to provide my freinds and family with a 20% reduction, I would not recommend this or any of their products to freinds or family come to that not to anyone.

I then opened a complaint on PayPal which seemed to move things forward and I was given a return address.

I went to the post office and was advised that to sent the item back to China it would cost me £25.00 tracked. I had no choice as I wanted a refund so items were posted.

Today PayPal have acknowledged my case and a full refund has been paid less the £25.00 for postage

Please do not buy from Ceelloop you will regret it.

The sandals I bought were nothing like the picture. They looked cheap and definitely not worth the price I paid. It took four emails to get a return address and when I did get it, it was to a Mr Zeng at a domestic address in China. I ended up keeping them because I didn't trust that I would get a refund after paying the cost to return them to China. I am sure they make it difficult in order to avoid paying refunds. So annoyed!

Nothing went wrong with my order, however delivery took 14 days instead of the 5-10 days quoted. They are shipped from China. They notified me that they had been shipped & you can track the delivery.
I got 2 pairs for £48, discount of 50%. They do fit & feel comfortable as they have velcro straps. I haven't walked in them yet though. However they do look very cheap. Would not even attempt to return them to China. Not a scam as I originally began to think, as I did email them & they did reply.

Beware! This company ships from China. If you don't like the shoes (sandals with hard soles, not as pix imply), they tell you you'll have to return them to China....
