Very bad ,I have account with them every month they deducted 100 drh as mini bil charges even after I paid this month they made again 100 on hold without any right .they not honest so so bad

Very bad experience as I have been dealing with CBD since 8 years using their credit card for the first time in the entire 8 years I applied for the replacement of the card as my card was used fraud and they charged me unnesary 75 dirhams + vat even under this circumstances during the war customers get panic due to the situation of fraud . I contacted the call centre to explain them that I had been using other cards as well but atleast when the customer is applying for the first time it must be free. Please check my records I have been paying full payment every month without any delay in payments .

If I could give lower than 1 star I would, beyond awful customer service. I changed companies and they put a hold on my account for my end of service, I visited the branch to give them my new documents, I have been paid 3 salaries from my new employer and have made numerous complaints and the hold still applies. I asked to cancel my account and it's virtually impossible to cancel the account.

I had the worse experience with the CBD the got zero customer support and staff behavior very poor, recently got a fraud issue which compelled me to block my card from the banking app, after which I informed the bank of the issue they assured me that I can do out transfer in the main time from my app only for me to notice that the completely locked my mobile app requesting for a one time password. This is the worse banking service in the UAE I don’t advise anyone to join this bank
Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience! I encountered repeated credit card processing issues while trying to complete a crypto purchase. The transaction failed three times without any meaningful explanation. This caused me a huge delay to make a deposit on Frontier Invest Corp my financial firm.
The customer care isn't responsive and unprofessional. Be careful before applying for CBD Credit cards.
To much benefit from customers
You clearly do not value your customers. At this point, it is inevitable that many will move to other banks, especially since you are not the only option in the UAE.
Repeated messages regarding double charges are unacceptable and extremely frustrating. There is no benefit in continuing a relationship with your bank, despite the fact that we previously appreciated your security standards.

C'est la pire banque que j'ai jamais vu. Une banque qui ne pense qu'à elle même sans aucun soucis en ce qui concerne la satisfaction des client. Je ne conseille jamais à venir ouvrir un compte avec cette banque. J'avais de l'argent sur mon compte avec elle, je voulais faire un transfert de compte à compte sur un autre compte international, le système a refusé que je fasse le transfert, je rappelle que c'est un transfert qui respecte toutes les normes indiquées par le gouvernement. J'ai appelé le service client, qui promet me revenir pour essayer de m'aider. Je vous dit que le service client m'a rappelé 4 semaines après, j'ai des preuves de ce que je dis. J'ai dû trouver un moyen pour envoyer mon argent. C'est une banque selfish.

One of the worst customer care divisions with zero customer care in their Investr section. Please avoid this bank at all costs. they r not there to do business, they actually have no customer-friendly policies. We struggle a lot with them

Very unprofessional! I had thrice issue in credit card payment. i made my payments but the app never reflects it. I asked the customer care, they simply ask for swift copy which can never be produced in case of credit card payment which the bank itself knows. they are very very unprofessional people and why this app really awful where the amount just don't get reflected and run behind this to avoid the late fee payment. even if we provide evidences for everything, they cant assure anything from their side which is absurd and really threatening. I dot trust this bank anymore.
