Delicious caviar
Delicious caviar, albeit with a slightly off-putting greenery-yallery tinge. I was impressed by the speed and efficiency of delivery (24 hours). My only reservation is that I did find it expensive, even with a small discount, but I would certainly recommend it.

Not as fresh as expected
Ordered Friday 11;14am, received notification Friday 5:24pm saying won't be shipped until Monday on a 24 hour service. Why wasn't this flagged at time of order?
Received a mail 02:08am Monday saying it had been shipped.
Received Wednesday 11am.
Guessing that these were not fresh delivery to your store, due to shipping time / day.
Already a week old minimum by time of receipt.
Very short shelf life left

Significant improvement
After a false start things have been rectified and once again I am a satisfied customer. I have been using caviar classic London for a while and the product is fantastic. I would not use another company for caviar.

Very Pleased.
I received my order just 24 hours after I placed it - excellent service! The prices were good and the quality of the foie gras excellent. I certainly recommend this supplier and I'll be using them again.

Simply outstanding
I must admit I'm impressed... Having used a very well known London store for many years I'd thought I'd try someone different.
We were first offered a few very attractive prices compared to our usual supplier, to which we have placed two orders so far.
I'm happy to say the service offered was outstanding after using the online and calling customer service regarding future regular orders..
So I'm only to pleased to offer my recommendation on behalf of Caviar Classic.

I`m only to pleased to recommend Caviar Classic having now placed two orders to which both have exceeded my expectations with the service offered via phone and online ordering options.
Having used another well-known London store for our previous orders for quite a number of years, I fully believe with the service we have received so far Caviar Classic offers better value for your money.

Good service
Good service, delivered on time and to usual high quality.
Only small downside was the package didn’t include a tin opener as it used so had to use a flat screwdriver.
