Caters News Agency Anmeldelser

Always polite and professional and do exactly what it says on the tin.

Tread carefully. I syndicated my photos through Caters News. My photographs were used all over the world, including The Sun, Mirror, Metro, NY post etc. Three years, many emails and a negative TrustPilot review later and I have finally been paid...

The guys at Caters are top notch, As a YouTuber exposure is key and Shuk our account manager has not only been there to work with our stories but proactively kept an eye on our socials to glean newsworthy stories and therefore getting the most out of our adventures! Would definitely recommend!

I have been dealing with Shuk Lee Tsang of Caters News Agency who have been selling my work into the European Tabloids for some time now. I highly recommend Shuk and Caters News Agency, very professional and successful. Thank you Shuk and Caters

Caters News have brought some well deserved attention to some footage of mine with placements in numerous on- and offline media. I could never have done this myself so thank you Cater News and thank you Mikey for believing in and pushing my content!

I have dealt with Mike Jones at Craters for a while now- and he has always been friendly and very efficient.
I hope to have a relationship with them for many years to come.

Didn’t realize when I uploaded my viral video to them that I was giving full licensing rights to them and couldn’t allow other big accounts to repost or upload my content for followers to grow my Tik Tok. After a week of begging I was finally given a “creator portal” in which my clips are just sitting there and I’ve received no money or “pick ups” from their “clients”. I feel like my content has been taken hostage and they won’t release me from my contract. I completely should have read in between the lines of what I was signing away to, but I was so excited to have a viral video I jumped the gun. Now I barely receive a response and my content has gone nowhere but my page. I had bought into the idea that LADbible, daily mail, etc would pickup and pay for the video like the cold reach out from their agent said. Unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. Give me back my rights!!!

Caters are the best. Their team of incredibly professional writers and staff helped me tell my story in my own words across a large platform.

They are my favourite agency that I go to when I have a story to share and I appreciate their tireless work to helping others share their powerful stories across the worldwide media.

Charlie was great, really helpful with quick responses to any questions we had. 100% would recommend

Charlie reached out and got in touch and scheduled a time for us to talk. He was very pleasant to talk to. I really enjoyed the conversation. He was very patient as it took me quite awhile to get photos. I would grab any opportunity to work with caters again.

They are great! Got paid from licensed videos, and they are trustworthy. And always available to talk to!

I have been doing business with Cater News for some months now, mainly wildlife-related content, and the experience has been a very pleasant one. Questions were replied to within hours and everything was communicated in a very clear and transparent way, from how to submit images to being paid royalties. Especially Group Picture Editor Mikey Jones had been a ton of help. Thanks a lot guys, looking very much forward to doing more business with you.

Kiara is great! Pretty much reached out to me on Instagram as someone who was genuinely interested and a fan of my videos! She told me later about what she does at Caters and made everything super easy.
Now I’m going to be on TV! Thanks to all involved! 😊

We were contacted by Charlie regarding our pub visiting which led to other things. We found him very easy to deal with from the start. Easy to get hold of and swift to respond. Only room for improvement for us would be to advise when and where articles will appear.

When Caters contacted me about a feature they were clear about what they wanted to achieve and guided me through the process well answering all queries as they arose and respected the limitations I put on what details were used.

Total ripoff on the deal they gave me for my video. They promised me that my business would be credited, and all I got out of it was a 3 second TINY watermark, posted vertically, in the beginning of the video, with the WRONG URL listed. This video was then posted to celebrity Facebook accounts and racked up over 50 million views. I can only imagine the money they made off of it without giving me proper credit or royalties.

A fantastic response was achieved by Caters News regarding my raising awareness for female hairloss. They were incredibly kind, professional and highly efficient with a very fast turn around and highly positive coverage in world media. It's a breath of fresh hair to find an agency who doesn't twist or dramatise truly meaningful and worthwhile messages. I cannot recommend them more highly 5*****

My Agent is Beth.

I’ve always had a really good experience with Caters I’ve sold quite a lot of content to them and always got paid for it.

I won’t use anyone else and my trust is with them as my agent

Several times they sold video from me and this video was been seen at leat 10 sites and Caters does not pay. This happened before with my videos and even with photos. Before in a review I wrote that they had become batter, but they don't

They won't pay you! They will chase you if they have a client that has interest on your story. They email you even it's out of working hours , they will call you, messaged you on all your social medias just to reached you. My article was published june 2022 i chased them after 2 months regarding my fee i didn't get a reply right away. When they reply they keep on passing the responsibility of the fee with their other staff. I email the client directly and they confirmed about the fee but still I'm not paid. It's December now I'm still not paid. So if i we're you avoid them if you don't want to be stressed
