Chris was very accomodating. He was clear regarding the process and what was expected of us. Everything went smoorhly and he explained why he valued our vehicle at the amount he offered. We wouldn't hesitate to use the compny again.

Overall disappointing experience using Cash For Your Wheels. I was given online valuation of £16,950 for my vehicle on 27th March - I booked car in at Newport Branch Monday 6th April (12pm). With 1 hour to go before the appointment time, I had a phone call from Chris advising that he'd received an updated price of £15,000 for the vehicle (c2k lower than website valuation). Chris advised that used car valuations were falling and that he thought this was more accurate price based on WeBuyAnyCar and Autotrader review. I appreciate prices can move but this swing in valuation seemed hard to believe in less than 2 week time window.

This was a disappointing outcome as consumer in particular the lack of notice (phone call 1 hour before) on a bank holiday weekend given I'd spent time preparing the car. I anticipate with some more forward planning/organisation customers should be notified far sooner to price changes.

For added context less than 24 hours later I've secured Guaranteed price of £16,150 from Best Car Buyer which includes collection of vehicle later this week.

Chris was polite during short phone call, however based on this experience I can't recommend to others.

Utter scam, offered £11800, day before had a call to drop the price by £1800.. all to do with some rubbish about the algorithm..
