If you’ve been receiving messages despite making your agreed payments, that isn’t the experience we want for you.
Please provide us with a little more information so we can investigate this fully. We are very willing to look into your account, identify why this has occurred, and resolve it quickly.

We only contact customers when an account has been passed to us by a client, and we always work with individuals who believe the balance is incorrect or the account was cancelled.
If you believe the Sky account was closed at the end of your contract and no balance is due, please contact us so we can dispute the account on your behalf and request clarification from Sky. We cannot resolve or investigate the matter without speaking with you directly.
We’re here to help and will work with you to ensure the information is accurate and any errors are corrected.

Terrible company
Terrible company. How do they get away with it is beyond me. This company has been chasing a debt that has been paid. They don't want to listen and constantly talk over you. I've had enough of it now and am looking at legal action. I've given them umpteen chances to listen, but they are not interested. Very unskilled company just trying to bully people into paying money. Well, that definitely won't be happening with me. Stop pestering people.

Breach of contract by wireless broadband supplier
I was offered a contract for fast wireless broadband and signed a 2 year contract. When the new router was set up the speed was very poor indeed and nothing like the speed that they had offered. I refused to pay the suppliers invoices on the grounds of breach of contract by the supplier. I got nowhere with the supplier and eventually, the supplier senr their account to C A R S. They accepted my complaint and the demand for payment was eventually withdrawn

I'm not saying the whole thing has been 5* , because I'm still midway through the debt collection process, but just wanted to say that the WhatsApp message method is so good, relaxing and saves so much time. Generally speaking, you have to wait on hold for ages. Or speak to a bot that doesn't offer the choices you want, or understand what you're saying. This bot (possibly human) that you could just send normal messages to was great and sorted it out straightaway, minimal effort, took a few seconds :)
