I ordered a gift set and an individual glass and it arrived in Australia in perfect condition. Carroll's did an excellent job of wrapping the glass so it didn't get damaged in delivery. I am beyond excited to surprise my fiance with it as part of his wedding present. Thank you so much for being a part of our journey!
