Bloomington Carpet One Anmeldelser

Simple to get in touch and place order. Their staff is always in hurry.

To make it simpler for your site to get to your expert work and make me your fan, I generally need your help. The site's illustrations are no better, however so please thank you for improving it.

Bloomington Carpet One you are amazing! Landry was amazing to work with, educated us to the right carpet for our family. The installers were great, on time and very professional. Thank you Bloomington Carpet One!

I had a great experience with Bloomington Carpet One. The sales person was very helpful and we were able to quickly find a carpet that met our needs and was available in the time frame we needed it in. The installation was done to meet our schedule which was very helpful since we had multiple projects going on. The installers were excellent. They were very conscientious -- in removing the old carpet, installing the new with no seams showing and in cleaning up after.

I had to get a carpet on short notice for a room that had flooded. I brought in an old sample to match, and though there was no exact match to the 12-year-old sample (no surprise), the whole team in the store worked to help me come up with something that matched well and was in my budget. It is so much better than my original idea! They came out to measure my room on the day I walked into the showroom and they had it delivered and installed on the day I needed it.

I would have no hesitation to work with them again. Great service!

Good products (carpet and tile), good carpet installers, excellent tile installer and very good sales person.

Knowledgeable staff, lots of flooring choices, carpet layers efficient and did a good job cleaning up after the installation.

Excellent experience from in home carpet consultation, and room measurements, to carpet selection and project quote. Order was placed and carpet was available within 8 business days. My project included all living areas on 1st and 2nd levels. The installers completed the job in 2 separate visits per our request with no additional trip charge. Installers were on time, polite, and cleaned up, hauled all debris away. Workmanship was great. Excellent experience. I am a raving fan.

Can always count on Lyn at Bloomington Carpet One to help us choose the right floor at the right price. Installation was done with great care and attention to detail. We have several floors to address in the future, and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

You did everything you promised and made it easy for me to choose blinds. Steve measured and had good samples and the blinds arrived in 4 weeks. The installer was accommodating and efficient. Very pleased with the service and the product.

We love our new carpeting! The color is better than we thought it would be!
But mostly I would like to commend the installers, they were real professionals
and the work was perfect! One was named Jesus, do not know his brother's
name.

Lyn R was great to work with. Prompt estimate and offered options in multiple price points. Installation went quickly, and my carpet looks great.

Very happy with Bloomington Carpet One - they came on time, installed well and even helped me move a bed back into place!! I was impressed with how quickly they could do my install.
Thanks!

They had a great selection of the product we wanted at a fair price.

As long as you realize that these kinds of products, and services do not happen over night, you should be completely satisfied. It was a totally pain free process.

Carpet was measured incorrectly - Time to install delayed.
Date was set to install later - E mail the day before said, "sorry it will be a week later."
Store manager was slow to answer my calls. Very little coordination between employees.

Poorly managed store - Recommend people shop elsewhere for carpet.

The installers who came to my home were so professional and respectful. Did a fantastic job! My carpet is beautifully installed especially given the pattern they had to deal with! I would highly recommend this crew to anyone. Completely trustworthy, kind and happy to be on the job, which is rare these days. They were 5 star in my book!

Responsive to our needs. Great pricing, excellent service. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Very prompt and friendly service. Carpet was great!
