DO NOT…I repeat DO NOT order from this awful company! They send you mats that don’t fit properly and then won’t get back with you when you start questioning! This place will rip you off. They need to be shut down!!

Received mats that were not made for my car.They told me to send pictures. I sent the pictures that showed they did not fit my car.Never responded to my emails again.This is a scam company.Try one of the other companies. I don't know if they are legit. But I know Car Mats Customs will take your money and send you mats that do not fit your car.

Flat out dangerous mats. There is nothing custom about them. They don’t fit flush, cheap material and don’t clip near the pedals. Completely unusable after waiting a month to get . Buyer beware!!!!!

Worst experience I ever had and I've been in the car business all my life. On February 22nd this year, I paid $539.90 for a set of floor mats for my Mercedes G Wagon. Fit and finish is terrible.
They been stringing me along for 3 months made promises to do right by me for what I ordered. After much frustration and after 3 months going back and forth with no results worth mentioning they stopped communicating after I asked for a refund. Don't do business with these people they take your money and send you garbage.

They sent a "UNIVERSAL FIT" set of seat covers which were supposed to include 5 headrest covers but only sent 2 covers. The seat covers didi not fit any of the seats!!! I contacted their customer support to send me a set of seatcovers to fit my car. The automated response said they will respond in 2 to 4 days. I sent 5 emails but never had anyone respond to me. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING ANYVSEATCOVERS OR FLOOR MATS FROM THEM!!!!

My seat covers are well made, look good, feel good, fit well, and were easy to install.

These mats did not fit my Genesis GV70. Not even close. I bought these before reading any reviews. Maybe Car Mats Customs sent me the wrong Mats. I cut them up and put them in the garbage.

I purchased custom mats for a 2012 Corvette Grand Sport Convertible. These mats to do secure to the car's OEM floormat hooks. The passenger mat fit reasonably well, but the driver mat interfered with pedals and did not align with floor contours. Material quality felt significantly lower than advertised photos. I contacted customer support seven times (!) beginning on April 13. I provided photos of the mat interfering with the pedals and asked to return the mats. Finally after a full month, their customer service rep responded thusly:

After reviewing the issue, the design team confirmed that the mats are designed to fit your vehicle model correctly. They advised that the mats simply need to be properly secured using the included Velcro attachments to help them conform and stay in place within the footwell area.
Due to the unique curves and contours of the C6 Corvette interior, some adjustment and securing may be necessary during installation to achieve the intended fit and appearance.
Please try fastening the mats firmly with the Velcro provided and allow them some time to settle into position after installation.
If you continue to experience issues after properly securing the mats, please feel free to send additional installed photos, and we will be happy to review them further.

The company is refusing a return. If you review their website, you will not find a single negative review; it shows overwhelmingly positive reviews, despite dramatically different pictures on this site and other independent review platforms. I truly wanted to love their products, but carmatscustoms is an Instagram-ad-disappointment. Avoid the frustration and stay with the known brands.

Horrible Quality doesn’t even fit my car properly. It is a scam.

PLEASE do not order from this company. You are rolling the dice as to whether you will get the correct item. We ordered once and it was fine, but received the wrong mats the second time. They will NOT resolve the issue and now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company and still don't have a mat for my car that fits!

The mats fit and look great. I wish I would've gotten the name embroidered, but that's on me. The communication was clear and I received my mats before the expected time which was also a plus!!

First time purchasing from car mats , the process was really easy.The car mats are high quality , look really good once installed.
Installation process took my aprox. 15-20 minutes , no tools required.
Definitely ordering another set for my sons mustang 5.0

More than expected. I didn’t realize how they cover the sides, even along the doorway. The diamond pattern is very nice and the material is ultra dirt and water repellent. It is very hard to find red and that’s how I found Car Mat Customs by searching for red. I mean, I had to match my new powder coated red rims, right?

Was not happy with the look or maybe the quality. Customer service was fine but went to return and shipping from WA state is $93 at customers expense. Make sure you're
100% sure u want them because it's not worth returning if you're not satisfied.

Don’t buy these!! They don’t fit, customer service is a joke, and if you want to return them you’re on the hook to ship to Denmark. It’s a scam

First of all, I did not smell the toxic order that comes with cheap materials. Design must be computerized because it was exact with added coverage on the front side and rear. There’s no way your car floor get dirty if you use these. The design is excellent. It’s waterproof.I will definitely recommend this product.

I ordered custom fit mats for both the front and back floors of my new truck. When I received them, there was no ‘custom’ about them. I could not make them work no matter what I did. They were just too big. Reached out to Custom Car Mats who asked for pictures. Sent pictures. They said I would have to pay to return them to get a refund. I foolishly did. Spent $90 to ship and just over 45 days later the package is returned to me as “unclaimed”. I sent it to the address they gave me and they NEVER CLAIMED IT!! Now they won’t answer my emails. Way too late to have my credit card help. Stay away from this unethical, Lying, stealing company!!
