First time user and seller of a gift card. Like some was nervous handing over my gift card details whilst waiting for payment but it was such a seamless process and fully recommended. I was kept up to date throughout process and was paid the day I was told I would. I would happily use again.

Just purchased and used a voucher for CeX, process was smooth, voucher issued immediately and used straight away online with no issues. I hadn't used this site before so was a little apprehensive but I would definitely use again. Thanks :)

Unfortunately my experience was let down by poor customer service. Having spoken to someone via chat, as soon as I mentioned the issue, they become what came across as aggressive, with very defensive responses as if they could never do any wrong. Thankfully sorted in the end, but that doesn’t change the fact that customer services were just down right rude. Looking at the replies on here to negative reviews, I dread to think what abuse I’ll get hurled my way via their response. Seems like they don’t take well to any criticism, unfortunately that’s part and parcel of business - use it to improve guys and gals!

Is this company for real? What are they talking about reputation managers for? Have a look at their response - Seriously lost the plot. I bought a gift card, you guys messed up, customer service was rubbish, eventually got sorted. End of story. I’m not sure what waffle you are spewing below. You need to take a long hard look at yourselves. Your reply doesn’t even make sense.

Sold my gift card to them 2 weeks ago had an estimated date of the 26th of June which is today I checked the night before and it was still pending in quarantine so I wasn’t sure I would be paid today but this morning at around 10am there it was paid straight into my PayPal great service would definitely use them again.

Thank you Cardyard. I was sceptical at first when I found your website but the whole experience from beginning to end was amazing. I was paid a day early & throughout it was so easy to set up my account to sell a gift card & get paid. I will now be a buyer rather than a seller to your site so thank you.

Left a genuine review for this company and Cardyard had it taken down as “False”. Their response to my first review was libellous and made appalling accusations against me. (I won’t go into much detail on here but it was escalated to the Trustpilot legal team and from that I will then see where to take this.)
The reason I did not provide further personal information was purely because of the way Mike responded to the initial review, I would be afraid of what Mike would do next to be honest if that’s how he reacts to a real negative review!
He has also responded in a similar manner to other negative reviews, however I see that he has edited those now which I am glad to see. Maybe he has learned you can’t make such claims on a public forum that aren’t true!

Mike - You may well try to get this review taken down too, but you will be contacted regarding your libellous claims regardless.

In my opinion, this Company is not one I would want to deal with, especially if things go wrong and heaven forbid you need to complain. You will face the wrath of Mike!

You say my email for this review has never been used for a purchase, that’s correct, the order was placed using a different email address. As for you never had any communication with me having used this email address - well that’s a lie Mike. I have screenshots showing 3 chat sessions with yourself having used this email address. So what are you playing at more to the point. You know you’ve been in the wrong here, you accused me of extortion and trying to obtain monies by selling you a service, what nonsense! All made up because you can’t cope with an honest, genuine negative review. Oh and incase I haven’t mentioned it enough, because it was published on a Public forum it is libel. And if you think you’re getting my actual phone number?!? Dream on. With your behaviour to date, I wouldn’t give you any personal information. In my opinion - If you can come across as that aggressive and unhinged in a reply on a public forum, what would you be like 1 to 1 on a personal call. I’m not taking the risk. As I said, you’ve clearly had advice since my last review called you out on the libellous, unfounded claims you have made against me and others because you have since edited them. So at least that’s one positive. Maybe learning a lesson on how to treat customers!

Second Edit to your additional response: I did not, have not and never will offer you any services. I don’t know why you keep repeating the same nonsense Mike. Stop with the lies! You are making things worse for yourself and the company. I have never claimed to be a moderator for Trustpilot, again you’re making up stuff and making unfounded claims. I suggest you get advice.

phoned cardyard and they insisted that I needed to send as much of my Identity information as possible I questioned the sales person who I will not name and they were still insistant that I give over all my Identity. Complete scam company If you receive this many people trying to warn you not to waist your time then try to believe them.
Bad Bad Company if they are even a company.

I would highly recommend Card Yard I sold a voucher for my son and the process was straight forward from start to finish and I was updated throughout via email. I had to verify my ID due to the value of the gift voucher and I was paid on the date as promised. Great way to get rid of any unwanted vouchers

I have had a good experience with them saving me from having my funds locked in giftcards I wasn't gonna use.

The process was seamless and transparent and the rates offered were fair.

I have purchased 2 cards so far! Very fast delivery to inbox, and can use them straight away. I purchased Boohoo and Primark. Great savings! Will definitely sell unwanted giftcards too. So happy a service like this exists. They offer the highest percentage savings of giftcards. I hope I can purchase more retail giftcards.

They selling fake cards, just bought 2 yesterday and none of the numbers they sent me is recognized by the shop. Called the shop and the gift card number was not real is was never in their system, just some random number very similar. Calling bank now in order to get money back. AVOID.

I bought an Amazon gift card but the link wasn’t working properly. It was late in the day so dropped them an email. The next morning I did receive a reply but there was no greeting, or apology for the inconvenience but instead I was asked to provide them with a screenshot of the issue, which I did. Some time later I sent them a follow up email (no reply) so I later resorted to contacting them via the live chat, making it clear that I wasn’t happy with the service I’d received (still nothing) It was only by the following day that I received a replacement voucher, along with an apology.

I’ve used card yard a lot and I’ve had very few issues with them before but I was not happy with the level of customer service on this occasion.

Really easy to use for a 3-5% discount on Amazon. Worth it for big purchases. Code arrived in a couple of minutes!

This is the first time I have ever thought of selling an unwanted gift card & so I was unsure on how things were going to work out.

What a pleasant surprise! Very easy to upload my gift card, estimated payment date updated regularly, payment info my bank account when they said it would be and a follow up email!

I have sold my first card of Amazon on card yard and they promised to send the money within 14 days in my bank account. I received the money within stipulated time. I am happy with their service and looking forward to more transactions in future. Thank u.

Super hassle-free process to make some money on unwanted gift cards - they charge a minimal fee considering how easy & quick it all was. Customer service replies fairly quickly, would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

Like most people I was sceptical at first - bought a £50 Playstation voucher for £41, arrived immediately, worked perfectly. Great site, highly recommend.
