Have used Cardyard to purchase a number of gift cards. Was a bit sceptical at first, but 99% of the time there are no issues. Very occasionally a gift card doesn’t work or has a different balance to what was stated. However, when you contact Cardyard via email they are very quick to resolve either by a refund or an additional gift card. I’ll continue using them as the savings do add up.

The best gift card re-sale platform in the UK
The best gift card re-sale platform in the UK, they routinely have the best discounts and the codes are delivered very quickly and are easy to use. Any important info is prominently posted and on the occasions I’ve had problems (not their fault, the retailers) I’ve had extremely quick replies from lovely (human!) agents who resolved the problem immediately. I use them for a lot of my routine spending and would highly recommend.

Smooth process and everything was clear in the selling process. I’ve never sold vouchers online and wasn’t overly sure how it would work but I used cardyard and Cudnt have been happier with the process. Will use again

Avoid, Sold me a fake expensive Tesco card (order code BE52EAB) which was just declined in store...and their Live Chat is anything but..."Usually reply within 4 hours"...

You raised this issue with our support team which lead to investigation and a response was given to you within 30 minutes of you raising it. The gift card you purchased was checked by us before going on sale and was working at that point. We are currently corresponding with the seller to work out what went wrong. We ask our buyers not to publish on Trustpilot the details of on-going investigations, but you have done so.

Had a good experience initially, sold several cards and got paid as promised.
Unfortunately ran into an issue with one card out of many submitted. Since then not really bothered to use it again as it's unpredictable if you will receive payment, what the payment will be and when they pay it out.

Hi Joe, thanks for using Cardyard and for taking the time to leave a review. I see you had a couple of accounts on Cardyard, and when you created the 2nd account you didn't add your bank account, instead chose to be paid by Cardyard credit. You realised your mistake so asked we pay you into your bank account. However, you didn't add your bank account for a while, but once you did we were able to make payment.
When this sort of thing happens, its true the process breaks down a bit. I can see it would be better if the system were to detect issues sooner, and propose and help to get around them.
We liked getting your unwanted gift cards, and I hope you can see your way to use Cardyard again in future.

Very useful service
Just started using Cardyard and so far have found it to be very easy whilst saving a decent amount of cash. Compared to the "money back" sites like Quidco this is way better as the "discount" when buying is immediate and usually at a better rate than offered on the money back sites. But even better is that this can be "stacked" with "money back" which means often one can earn double discount and cash back! What's not to like? Happy to recommend.

I would buy more if the guarantee duration was longer. However, the response when ordering gift cards is excellent. I have always received digital gift cards within an hour of my order. On the odd occasion l had a query, response was very quick and resolved without problem.

Cards come from members of the public so they need to be spent quickly to ensure there are no money "leaks". We've tried many different processes and this one works best. Great way to sell unwanted Gift Card
Recently came across Cardyard and I am pleased I did. I had a rather large gift card, which was not relevant to my needs, so decided to see if I could sell it.
I contacted their live chat and Nicky was very helpful and answered all my questions, as of course I was unsure if this was a safe option. I decided to open an account and I have to admit initially for me I did find the process a little confusing, but I worked it all out eventually (That I think is just an age related issue!!)
Anyway great news the gift card was verified and 13 days later the funds were in my bank and I have to say I was happy with the amount received, it was more than I expected.
I would be happy to use them again and also would recommend them without hesitation.

Wonky dispute process
Had a good experience initially, sold several cards and got paid as promised.
Unfortunately ran into an issue with one card out of many submitted. The buyer claimed it wasn't the full value, though I'd listed it immediately after claiming it. Only Cardyard and the buyer had access to the code. Transaction history showed the card was used twice, including once after the complaint, yet they sided with the buyer.
I understand they need to protect customers, but the facts didn't seem to support their decision. Down £100 with limited recourse.
Probably won't be returning.
Edit: I find the response frankly insulting, I have not double sold it. Only ever dealt with Cardyard. For anyone reading this, it sounds like you can get some free cards once you’re a long time customer 😉

Unfortunately the card you supplied was being spent in a completely different part of the country than the buyer spends their cards. They had nothing to do with the part of the country where the card was being spent. They have bought many cards over a long period from Cardyard. The pattern of use matches the card having been double sold. We have sellers using other methods to sell their cards and they get mixed up with their cards, having sold to us and sold through another platform. We discussed this at the time and are grateful for the research you put into collecting information on the card's use but unfortunately for you we concluded the buyer had nothing to do with the spend on the card.

"investigation". Don't bother, little savings aren't worth the hassle.

Hi Ehsan, I see you reported this problem today. We are a gift card exchange and offer discounted gift cards. The reason for the discount is a small risk the card won't work since it comes from a member of the public and we are here to mitigate that risk. The percentage of problematic cards is very small, and I see you first purchased from us 5 years ago, and this is your first problematic card. We have to give the seller a chance to respond when there is a problem, and we request you hold tight until we can resolve this issue.
