Card Factory TOTALLY let us down on a friend's very important birthday. They also wasted many miserable hours of my time as I tried, unsuccessfully, to sort the problem out. The big box of helium balloons we ordered on Next Day Delivery failed to arrive on the promised Thursday. I spent hours trying to chase them on Friday - so at least the birthday girl had them for her party on Saturday - but I just got messages that Customer Service was closed. It seems they don't work between Friday afternoon and Monday - so tough luck to customers with an urgent issue. Maybe they think customers don't hold weekend celebratons!! I then spent hours trying to chase up DHL -their simply diabolical, customer loathing couriers. Of course, I got nowhere. After what seemed like a lifetime of button pushing on the phone, I got a curt, totally unapologetic robot message that my delivery was 'delayed'! . The, by now, deflating balloons, eventually turned up at the party venue two days AFTER the event. As much use as a bicycle is to a dead fish. PLEASE don't let Card Factory ruin YOUR special party..,

I would like to take the time to recognise a wonderful young man named Aaron, who works at the Card Factory in New Addington.

Aaron is always so polite, friendly, and helpful whenever I visit the store. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him. He always goes that extra mile to help customers, whether it is finding the perfect gift or helping choose the right card for a special occasion.

What stands out most is that Aaron always has a smile on his face and makes customers feel welcome and valued. His kindness, patience, and excellent customer service truly deserve to be recognised.

It is rare nowadays to come across someone so dedicated and genuinely caring in their role. Aaron is a real credit to the Card Factory team, and I hope his hard work and positive attitude are appreciated by management.

the worker was very cold and never gave me my receipt and was trying to get rid of me very quickly saying good bye, extremely rude and standards have dropped, this happened in the one in BRUM high street city centre

Very disappointed with the customer service at the Stamford Card Factory store. We bought 3 helium balloons and one started deflating within half an hour despite being carried carefully home. When we returned to ask for a replacement (half a hour later) the staff member Lindsey (who stated she was a manager for the day) immediately blamed us and refused to help. The interaction was aggressive and happened in front of other customers. Poor handling of what should have been a simple customer service issue.

Went to Card Factory at Monks Cross York, lovely selection of cards, went to pay and at the checkout there was two members of staff, Rachel and Ben, they were absolutely amazing, told me I was entitled to an extra card as I had bought three cards and would get it cheaper, lovely staff a credit to Card Factory. Thank you 😊

I visited your Telford Town centre branch today and experienced less than minimum acceptable customer service. I don't expect much but the lack of help and acknowledgement
to my basic needs has led me to write this review. I left the store feeling like nothing but an inconvenience. Basic customer interaction should be first and foremost. I will avoid in future this particular store which is a shame as I work virtually opposite.

Debbie at Rainham precinct was very friendly and
helpful. Card shop well stock and nicely presented.

Went in to card factory today in st annes.the lady was very helpful and polite.i ordered two birthday balloons and extra bits.went back later to collect them.nothing to much for her very helpfull

Recently needed a large amount of balloons inflating at the Crystal Peaks Card Factory - Anita and Lauren were extremely helpful and sorted our request out quickly and efficiently! Thank you!

Today is my daughters 5th Birthday. I purposefully travelled 13 miles yesterday to the nearest Card Factory to buy a helium canister for her balloons. I should have had a hunch something was off when I was sold one put behind the till like it had been returned. This morning we have gone to use it and its completely empty. £30 wasted and several large balloons I now cant use.

I selected 4 cards for the offer in-store and when I got to the till I was pressured in to buying a bundle of generic cards and this invalidated my offer. The offer in store for 4 cards for the price of 3 then becomes a potential scam. I have been in touch with customer services who haven't been able to help and all I asked for was some sort of goodwill gesture like a gift card for the difference rather than me trundle all the way back to town with an arthritic knee and refund the whole lot.

I used The Card Factory to send a few surprise birthday balloons. They got delivered ok, however, they did not put a message that I had specifically written in the box of balloons. When I told customer service they said, check in the box! It should be there. Well it wasn't and they didn't really care or want to discuss further. Very disappointing all around. That is the one thing I wanted for my personal message included with the balloons as it was a big joke in the message.

Visited the store at Cortonwood at the weekend to buy gift wrap. As always, all the staff are happy and nothing is too much trouble. I’d say it’s the most welcoming store on the retail park

Yesterday,25th April, I purchased something at the Burnham on sea branch of Card Factory, I was served by a really lovely lady who went out of her way to help me, she served me with a smile and made my experience shopping at Card Factory a good experience,it was the lady at till3, so thank you for being so kind and helpful, I have always found the staff at Card Factory Burnham on sea really nice

Banners for birthday not long enough & writing small. Age balloons are upside down so when hanging the number is wrong way.

I was visiting the Hinckley store for the first time yesterday and was helped and served by Hemma , she was very helpful and friendly and gave really good customer service would definitely return to this store again.

I have used Card Factory for a while now and found them to be Brilliant! Great choice of cards and very competitive prices. Ordered 5 cards to be delivered to myself and was a little worries about them getting damaged but they arrived in box. Was delivered ahead of time too. :-)

went into Honiton shop for cards. Couldn't find all the ones I needed. The staff were really knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Fantastic service.
