I purchased a Volvo V60 and from the first phone call with Trevor he was very professional and truthful about the car, even though this was not the most expensive car for sale he went above and beyond to ensure the car was as good as it could be. Overall I am very happy and would recommend Car City to anyone.

Excellent, no pressure experience dealing with the team. Josh was fantastic and dealt with everything from the PX to helping select the cars that were right for us. I would fully recommend the team at car city, Catterick if your looking for a new car.

I purchased a Mercedes gle 350 coupe 2019 plate great price although I am based in London last year December 25 came with 3 months guaranteed with evolution this company used apparently I discovered a fault driver side rattling noise end February 2026 reported evolution but rejected my claim said there don’t guarantee the brake and dics faulty
So went to Amanda after sales car city there super helpful resolve my issue paid for the repair £550 via London garage of my choice
Like to say although I live in London I would recommend highly anyone to buy from this company Carcity there after sales amazing very fast response

From the initial enquiry for a specific vehicle, we were provided with prompt and professional service.
Steve was the sales professional who looked after us and provided us with a decent coffee, test drive and vehicle details.
We were more than happy with the service provided to us and the car was collected on time as arranged. Valeted and ready to go.
We have a couple of unforeseen warranty problems and Amanda sorted these without any quibble. A courtesy car was provided whilst the vehicle was back with servicing. Amanda is also knowledgeable and very communicative and we were never left wondering what was going on.
We will be looking to upgrade one of our others bridles later this year, so Steve and Car City UK will be receiving another visit from us.
I can thoroughly recommend this company to anyone.

Faultless service
Fantastic service from Daniel, and Car City. Dans communication was brilliant, always clear & concise, and quick to respond. Collection day was very easy, the car was spotless and ready to drive. Second car from Dan
Just got my second car from Dan at Car City. He always makes the whole process so easy and the whole team is great. Had a little issue with my first car after a few months but Dan got me in and they sorted it out straight away for me with my warranty. Thanks to Aaron and Amanda in the service department for looking after me. Great experience from Dan and thanks to the manager Jamie for checking that I was happy with how I was dealt with. Will definitely be back for my third!

BMW x1
I bought a BMW x1 from here last month, i got a good deal and Trevor got me a decent finance package sorted. I found a fault with the car the week after I got it (faulty parking sensor), I called Trevor to complain and he got me booked in for my next days off work and they had it fixed in no time while I had a coffee and a chat with Trevor and the other guys. Customer service is a huge thing for me in today’s world and on that alone I would recommend Car City and Trevor to everyone.
