Unfortunately our personal experience with CITS has been awful.
We were miss sold the site, and the plot. A member of CITS staff forged our signatures on a handover document, and a member of their staff sent my husband an email containing completely false accusations about me!
If we could have rated them 0/5 we would have.
Any complaints have been met with passive aggressive emails, with no attempt by them to apologise for our treatment.
When we decided we could no longer live on a CITS site, we had to sell our beautiful home (that we had only lived in for 6 months) for 50% of what we had originally paid to CITS (including extras). Which we did in pure desperation to be free of this company.
Also; be aware that they charged us £5000 in fees for the “service” of selling our home. I took all of the photos and I did the YouTube marketing video.
Also at no point were we ever told that we would have to pay the site owner £3000 as an “exit fee”, no documentation about this charge was ever produced despite us directly asking on several occasions.
We will never consider using this company again.

We bought a mobile home with Alicia as our agent. Everything went perfectly. Even when things took a little longer on our end, she was always patient and understanding. I'm so glad to have her as my contact person, because her open and positive nature made her feel like a friend from the very beginning, not just an agent. From the initial contact to the key handover, everything went smoothly, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this company!

We originally purchased our Pemberton Park Lane Mobile from Caravans in the Sun in 2010. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Will was an outstanding support and no question was too great! His commitment to ensuring our home was purchased and placedin France in a timely manner was excellent.

We have had the most fabulous adventure having our static mobile in the heart if France but due grandchildren coming along we realised we needed more space; after a conversation and a reunion with Will we set about selling the mobile back to Caravans in The Sun for resale.

Again, we were delighted with the service and reassurance we received from Will. The removal and transfer of our beloved "little house" was carried out with sensitivity, the utmost professionalism and care. It now resides in France and we know that it is in good hands.

Quite frankly after involvement with Caravans in the Sun for the last 15 years we would have no hesitation in recommending them to purchase a new or send hand home or to sell your home on.

We bought our mobile home in May; since we hadn't made an appointment, we were pleasantly surprised to find Alicia there. She made time for us and helped us out, allowing us to move into our caravan very quickly. We received a warm welcome when the keys were handed over—a truly wonderful experience.
We also received a lovely welcome at the Maestrat Nature park. We feel very welcome. Just fantastic—thank you! 😃

I went to Saydo Park for the day to look at the possibility of purchasing a property and came away with a completed deal. Kiki was amazing offering her expert knowledge, but I never once during the viewings felt pressured to buy, just got answers to my many questions.

Kiki is truly exceptional – she helped me even when she was off sick!

I cannot praise her enough. Her communication was clear and prompt, and she was so incredibly helpful throughout. Most amazingly, she stepped in and assisted me even though she was unwell and off work – something no one else did. She really is a fantastic lady who cares so much. Thank you so much!xx

A very mixed review. Bought a home in Italy with some inheritance. Got the good sales pitch from Will. The sale went through smoothly and we went out in the December 2024. Found broken door frame which weren’t told about otherwise we could have negotiated. Wasn’t fixed 18 months later after many promises. We finally sold due to lack of restaurant and minor ongoing maintenance issues which was always that still weren’t fixed after we bought the home. Jayne in the showground was very helpful but the Toscana park team let it down hence the 3 star rating.

We have just bought our first mobile home from caravans in the sun and it has been a great experience. We visited the showground several times for help and guidance and the team there were excellent.They don't pressure you to buy and are very knowledgeable. Our viewing trip in Spain was fantastic.We were shown around by Will and Kiki.They were brilliant.I would recommend caravans in the sun to anyone

From our first visit to the showground,right up until we purchased our mobile home,the team at caravans in the sun have been brilliant. There is no hard sell.Not once have we been pressured or felt obligated to buy.Will and Kiki looked after us on our viewing trip and they were fantastic.Overall it has been a great experience and I would highly recommend.

William was a complete gentleman, never any pressure, took us round and showed us all the local amenities as well as the park itself , helped us with all our questions and nothing was to much. The park itself was lovely and relaxing. We can’t praise the service we received enough .We have now bought a new holiday Home 😀

Buying our caravan at Toscana Holiday Village through Caravans in the Sun has been the realisation of a long-held dream for us.

This wasn’t an impulse decision as it’s something we’d talked about for years. Every holiday in Italy ended with the same conversation: “One day, wouldn’t it be amazing to have our own place here?” To finally turn that plan into reality feels incredibly special.

From the very first enquiry, the team at Caravans in the Sun were professional, friendly and completely transparent. There was no pressure, just honest advice, clear guidance, and support at every step. They made what could have felt complicated, seem straightforward and manageable, especially buying abroad. Every question was answered quickly, and nothing was too much trouble.

Toscana Holiday Village itself is everything we hoped for; relaxed, beautifully kept, and perfectly located for exploring the surrounding Tuscan countryside, beaches and cities. Knowing we now have our own base there, somewhere familiar to return to whenever we want, is an amazing feeling. It’s not just a caravan; it’s years of future memories with family and friends waiting to happen.

After such a long time planning and talking about it, to finally say “we did it” is incredibly satisfying. We couldn’t be happier with the experience or the outcome. If you’ve been thinking about it for years like we were, we would 100% say take the step. It’s worth it.

Recently my wife and myself purchased a new home in Spain via Caravans In The Sun. From the moment we agreed a purchase price the whole team at CITS worked flat out to handle everything and turned the purchase around in two and a half weeks. Yes two and a half weeks & that was with Christmas in the mix as well.

Another equally big shout out to Manolo who organised and carried out the handover of the home with us in Spain.
Manolo was more than helpful at handover and ensured everything was dealt with and that we were happy before he left & we were.

We bought a mobile home from Caravans in the Sun in 2022 after falling in love with El Rocío and the Doñana National Park in Southern Spain.
We spent a lovely 3 1/2 years living in Camping La Aldea in our mobile home and have only recently purchased a small property in the neighbourhood where we now live.
Caravans in the Sun representatives and staff have always been friendly and helpful and have managed to sell our home quickly after we decided to move.

From the Spanish sales team starting the process of selling our home on the great Saydo Park and placing it on their website, it only took six days for us to get an offer.
Two weeks later the sale was completed and we move on to another adventure.
Big shout out to Kiki, James, Mark, Rebecca and a big BOOM to Jayne in finance (the money lady) for prompt payment of the money due (and on a Friday evening s well) 10/10

We had a wonderful informative visit to the Saydo sites and were completely overwhelmed by Ant and the rest of staff on there professionalism and care during our visit. Nothing was to much bother for Ant and he didn't pressurise us at all..he went up and beyond to give us as much information to help us decide what we wanted.

From the first contact we had with Kiki she came across and friendly and helpful. When we met her face-to-face she was exactly the same. She answered our many questions and arranged viewings for us to be able to make an informed decision about the type of caravan we needed and the area of the park that would suit us best. Great visit to this lovely park today. Met up with the ever charming Ant who showed us exactly what’s coming to this brand new Residential Site & had a wealth of knowledge about the area to share with us. Definitely worth your while visiting if you’re looking for your place in the sun!!
