Incompetent and unresponsive
I transfered a 529 account to be converted to an Able account.
The transfer was completed, an Able account set up, account number given, and initial transfer completed.
So they said. A year later found out that other than the initial transfer of the 529 account, nothing else was true.
Suddenly the Able account did not exist.
Their response was, " sorry, it seems the paperwork was never completed by our people". "But we can try again"
No thanks, I'm moving to a reputable and competent investment form.
