No stars at all. SCAM. NEVER RECEIVED MY MERCHANDISE JUST TOOK MY MONEY

Don’t purchase from them unless you like wasting your money

Ordered December 2, 2019 not realizing that this order was being placed through China. If I had known that I would never have ordered this product. 9 days after I place my order I still never heard anything so I sent an email . They did reply saying that it was in China but hadn't been shipped to the US . Still in “pre-shipment” which means they took $ from PayPal but haven’t shipped. The company website says Oregon but is really China. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I just checked BBB, 24 complaints in 3 years, most never received product. My last email I told them that I plan on refusing the order because from what I read from other dissatified customers, the quality of their work is very poor Today, December 13th I was advised that if I refused the order I am obligated to pay 50% of the shipping fee. That is hogwash. If I don't like the product when it is received and the workmanship is poor I will definitely send the damn thing back. I hope people are reading this because this is one complete scam and all they are doing is taking their time shipping and taking your money.
I am completely disgusted with this company and I hope they go out of business.

BEWARE!!! This is a SCAM! The products are actually sent to you on rolled up paper. The images are dark and distorted. The order comes for Beijing and took three months for me to get rolled up paper trash!! They are stealing people’s money and they refuse to give refunds. Do not order from them!

The CRIMINALS behind this SCAM WEBSITE want to remain ANONYMOUS to AVOID CRIMINAL PROSECUTION and other LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS. ALWAYS VERIFY the contact information on ANY website that you are UNFAMILIAR with! AVOID THIS SCAM WEBSITE and it's siblings! Happy Shopping!!!

DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ORDERED A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR MY SON ON NOV 1 SENT SEVERAL EMAILS WITH NO ANSWER. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOT SEND ANY GOODS.

first off let me say the website pictures looked great but they should have a size chart with all pictures side by side so customers could have a better idea of what size to order, i ordered 2 medium pictures that took almost a month to reach me, and when they came they were small i was so disappointed and will be returning them

TERRIBLE!!! Stay away they are a scam from f@#*ing China, of course. You’ll never receive your item!! They never answer emails or the phone. A recording comes on saying all operators are busy and hang up! Don’t even deserve one star!

Product was misordered and customer service was emailed. They responded the next day they would look into it and resolve. After asking for resolution 10 days later they stated it had mailed and they could handle my request for another $35. I stated unacceptable, they didnt care. After awhile it came in the mail and quality was OFF, colors were not acceptable and my wife said just throw it away. AVOID THIS COMPANY is my opinion. Since you get a tiny (called large) product from china that wouldnt even sell at a dollar store, RUN AWAY. Their response was mail it bacl and if they get it you will get a refund.... Yeah like im gonna pay money to ship garbage so they can say they didnt receive it. Oh and their fine print of 50% restocking fee would probably be shoved at you even though quality issue.

I too ordered my product over a month ago and have received nothing. The tracking number they provide is not legit. The Portland phone number never reaches a real person and does not even give the option to leave a message. BIG MISTAKE!

Do Not trust this company.. I ordered a 6 piece picture wall hanging of an apple blossom tree. Still waiting!! They are very quick to take funds from my credit card, through PayPal,. But still waiting for my goods??! I searched for my tracking time, all I got was, What is your tracking number? I never received one! I want my money back, and my art..

DON’T buy anything from this company!! Website shows they are located in Oregon. The phone number you can call is just a recording. Took over a month for expensive printed canvas that you can clearly see the pixels plus the company is in China. Horrible service and miss leading. Lots of money down the drain for ripped off canvas!!!

I ordered 3 large canvas items on October 9th, by October 24th, I had yet to receive anything or get an update. I found my original email (I had already been billed, by the way) and found a tracking number through a Vietnamese shipping company I'd never heard of before. When I enter the number, it says that tracking number does not exist. I find their phone number on their website and all I get when I try to call, about a dozen time throughout the day, was an immediate message to email them. I emailed them, multiple times, never got a response.
Luckily the payment was made though PayPal so I disputed the charge for not receiving the items and now we wait. Almost a month later, no canvas, and no money returned.

So far this process has been terrible. The shipping took far too long even though I paid for shipping. When the product arrived it was not as described. I ordered the 5 piece white tiger with blue eyes. The picture was pixelated and distorted with very little detail. I asked for a refund the same day. They said “send pictures” so I did that right away and they still have not issued me a refund or even told me yes/no. Overall bad product and bad customer service. Stay away

Ok, so i order a xl 5 panel canvas a month ago from them and i finally got my order. Last week i decided to read the reviews and i notice it was all bad. I was already disappointed that i wasnt even looking forward to my order getting to me. But let me tell you i recieve my order today and it was perfect. It was a gift to my husband and he was amazed. I didnt recieve no roll up picture or anything. Everything was already ready to hang! Satisfy customer here!!! Wish i can post up a picture to show how it looks! Thanks canvas storm!

I have bought my first set from this company and the fact that many people rated this company so bad is that they misunderstood about the frame/no frame option. I have read carefully about the product option so I did not misunderstand. About delivery, I read and the time frame was 7-21 days but i received after 15 days only and the set was good in my opinion. So you would pay attention about frame option so as not to misunderstand about this.

Buyer BEWARE!! This company is not US based as website leads you to believe but, shipping address is China. Also, the customer service phone is NEVER answered. On 8/21 I purchased from website a XLG 5 pc canvas wall art for 40.49 & used PayPal for the transaction. The funds are immediately removed from your bank account & no confirmation of item or tracking # was received from company other than the PayPal email. By 9/10 I was growing concerned so I went online to check. I already said no answer at website customer service. I located this site with previous customer reviews (wish I'd seen it sooner). In yesterday's mail (9/10) I received small box with 5 poorly printed posters. This is NOT the way it's represented online. I have filed a dispute with Pay Pal but not expect much action nor a refund from reading other customer reviews. THIS IS A SCAM!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM CANVASSTORM.COM. If I could give 0 stars I would. Shameful.

Do not buy from this company. All they send you is the canvass, which is very poor quality. At no point do they state that the prints are not on frames ready to be hung. If I could rate them "0", I would have.

I would leave no stars if this was an option, ordered over a month ago and have not received anything, they offered me only a 60% refund telling me I would not receive the product, I think there is a word for this when they take your money provide no goods and only part refund! After multiple attempts to contact i find out they are manufactured in China which is not mentioned on there website. Avoid this company as they will take your money. I have raised this with PayPal and am waiting to see what happens. Looking at the other reviews on here it's clear that this is a scam. UPDATE: Just received the package and could not believe it but it was empty apart from some cheap packing inside. I ordered 5 XL canvas pictures so God only knows how these could have fitted in a cardbord roll about 8" long. Just goes to prove my point that this company is a sham. As far as I can tell from my order details there are two websites that were associated canvasstorm.com and hklproductions.com
