My mentally disabled son ordered a wall hanging decor for a mother's day gift, they took his money for the order but they still have not made it shipped his order!!!!!

DON'T BUY poor quality even though very high quality sent . you have too assemble your self not easy AVOID THEY DON'T RESPOND TO YOU CAN'T REVIEW ON GOOGLE SO FALSE REVIEWS

They sent me the incorrect print and are not responding to any of my emails, calls or social media messages.
It's such a shame because the quality is lovely.
I just wish someone would respond

Absolutely rubbish! Wish I'd read the reviews first. The print quality is just appalling. On top of that, there are bold lines running the full length of the print. They are not printed on canvas as advertised. Their guarantee 100%, how can they offer this when there is no on-line contact details to complain to them. All three prints are now in the bin.

Horrible customer service. Do not try to get the free 11x14 it’s a bait and switch. Nothing is free. Instead of charging for the print they charge you for shipping. CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH-HORRIBLE.

Where did they get the reviews on their web site?? Because I'd like to review directly on the site to save another person waisting their time and money. I'm just another customer who has found this review thread to late and only after trying to claim a refund on a terible product. Item was shocking quality and not as decribed.
I could of cried when I opened it, what should of been a photo to cherish of my loved pet is a nightmare.

Order placed 31st August. Received 26th September. You have to construct the frame yourself. The site does not relay this information. I tried to put the frame together but there is not enough room in the slots for the wood and the canvas edge.
People, save your money and do not order from here.

Absolutely appalling service and product.
My order arrived late,the quality was poor and they NEVER stated it would come in bits.
Like I have the equipment to put it together otherwise I would have saved myself money and got it cheaper by doing it myself!
Still haven’t heard back from them but I will keep badgering them because I paid for a product at the end of the day and didn’t receive that product they advertised!!

As many customers have already posted. This company is absolutely deplorable. I ordered two canvas prints one was satisfactory and the other was made far too big in comparison to the wood frame supplied in that half of the image was missing. They do not state that the wood frame will come in bits that you have to put together yourself. I have emailed them so many times to request a remake or for them to refund altogether. The replies that come back are just ridiculous and they just avoid the issues altogether. They intend to do nothing to rectify their own error. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY under any circumstances, there are many more professional companies out there. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - a pity i did not find this site until now. BE WARNED

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just received my order and can't believe how poor the quality is. Probably my fault for not realising the canvases wouldn't be mounted, not enough wood sent and no hangers. Canvases only fit for the bin anyway. Paid for much bigger sizes but after placing the order I received an email suggesting much smaller sizes as the photo wasn't good enough quality for the larger sizes. Expected a refund for the difference as I had paid more for the larger sizes, of course I didn't receive it. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs. Absolutely appalling!! Not happy at all, the canvases are very pixelated and blurred!

If i could rate lower i would.
I am appalled at the quality and the fact its come rolled up and i have to put it together.
You can't even contact them, i feel so upset as this was a gift and now i feel like i have been totally let down and don't know what to do

Do not buy from this crap company
my prints arrived two weeks after the scheduled date and were no longer any use to me
The quality of the prints are utter crap and the customer service is even worse

Paid for priority delivery and arrived 10 days late! Such poor quality and lines down prints. Certainly not worth the wait!

Just had a email that 4 million of their accounts got hacked May 2019 and that I may be one of them, and they are only just telling me! Would not buy from this company, risk of your data being spread.

Don't trust this company! They gave me the run-around so my order took longer to get to me than it should have, strike one!
I'm sure part of that being they want you to believe they're based out of California like their website says, but everything ships out of China, strike two! Then when I get my prints, I'll at least say they looked to be mounted ok but the prints look like they were blown up from a thumbnail they are so pixelated, strike 3! Not a chance I'd order from them again!

Product came damaged ask for refund sent picture of the damage and have not heard anything back. Don’t buy from this company it’s a ripoff

I placed and order 33 days ago. It said it would take 5-15 days to come, and it finally arrived yesterday. I was rather bothered by the fact that it didn’t come when it said it would, but I brushed it aside and was just excited to get my canvas. I opened up the package and the canvas had been curled into a ball for so long that it cannot straighten out, and properly pieced together. Not only that, it isn’t what is shown in the advertisement picture. Lastly, I can tell that it was cut into 5 different segments, and it was cut so poorly that the poster can’t even be lined up properly. I am not only extremely disappointed and unsatisfied
