Canadian Appliance Source, founded in 2008, has developed into a forerunner of modern appliance retail. Overall good experience with a few minor wrinkles
Ordering my range and dishwasher from CAS was very straightforward. I was able to get comprehensive information and reviews from their website, choose and purchase appliances, and set up my delivery date online. The delivery process was a bit confusing, because I specified a date, but then it asked for a "window of time" after that. Once we got past that it was smooth sailing. They gave a 3 hour delivery window the night before, and showed up within the window. If more notice could be given of the 3 hour window, it would make it easier to juggle the rest of life!
